Average stay at the hotel. location is excellent. Restaurant food average, had to eat outside.Room was good but bathroom fittings old and rusted. Staff helpful but travel desk overcharges and does not send cab on time. Had to remind three times for cab in the morning.

Found this hotel based on ratings, but it’s not what we expected. Booked Deluxe Room, room was spacious but Washrooms are bad. When flushing the toilet water was dripping out. I don’t recommend this hotel for this..outdated hotel.

We had a booking through makemytrip from 14th to 16th february 2025. I have visited this hotel multiple times between 2006 and 2018, and it was always neat and hygienic back then, which is why i decided to book again. However, when we arrived, we were allocated a room on the 3rd floor that was nothing like the standard i had experienced before. The room resembled a cheap lodge, with black, muddy stains on the walls. The bathroom sink was broken, and the toilets were unhygienic, not even properly cleaned. After speaking with the reception, they changed our room, but the new room had similar issues, with the added problem of a leaking drainage system. They eventually offered an upgrade to a room on the 2nd floor, which was somewhat better. We managed with that, as we had already paid the amount, but overall, it was far from the experience i was expecting. My suggestion: don't even try. When you're paying between 2k to 4k, there are better options available nearby.
