Cleanliness of hotel was average. Spread of complimentary breakfast buffet can be improved. One thing that I wasn’t pleased at all about was their room service food. Fried rice was not tasty at all and the 7up came in glass bottle. The bottle’s opening was rusty and dirty .

Clean bathroom. Good breakfast. I reached in morning and provided early check in. In room food service used and good. It's on main road and you get buses and everything nearby. Change wise room could be Bigger. I haven't checked option during booking.

Wonderful stay with nice hospitality Excellent in cleanliness House keeping supervisor Mrs.Sumalatha had done a wonderful job by maintaining the rooms with the house keeping staffs They were all available round the clock Safety was upto the mark Food was good

The stay and the food was good but the room no 212 which I have stayed had water leak with the uneven bathroom floor issue which caused us uncomfortable during our stay and to include I have called the room service for many times but the service and response was not great. So please take a look on the issue and fix it for the future stay.

All facility including food,house keeping, all facility are excellent. Housing keeping team including supervisor ms.sumalatha & team had kept the room in excellent condition & cleanness. Overall all the hotel premiseswas in excellent

Incomparable, the best place with great location and service, nowhere else will you find luxury with so much peace and comfort in Tirupati. Food is good, quality is also excellent. Thanks for sumalatha (house keeping supervisor) for good service.

Great hotel with fantastic food with great choices and excellent staff. Buffet breakfast set you up for the day. Room is clean and fresh odor. Location is very near to tirumala temple. I feel that hotel is quite nice. Sumalatha (supervisor) house keeping thank you for your help and service.
