Property location, hospitality, courteous staff, toilets, water and tasty food at their restaurant all are excellent factors, the only deficiency is air conditioning, which was not cooling entire room, despite keeping at 16 deg C. May be for smaller rooms the capacity installation may be sufficient. It is very near to temple. Even at 0330 am, we could get auto to temple.

hello, I visit tirupati every year since last 4yrs. and everytime I always make it a point to stay in best western hotel. the staff, people at reception are wonderful. the room is just right. small renovation required here and there in the room but still the price and comfort the hotel provides is just fabulous. I highly recommend people who are visiting tirupati for a day or 2 for darshan best western is the right place for you to stay.

Taj Tirupati – A Memorable Stay, As Always We stayed at Taj Tirupati for just one night this time, but it's one of our favorite places—we visit two to three times every quarter. Every stay feels special, and this one was no exception. The hotel graciously helped us with an early check-in, which we really appreciated. The staff, especially at the reception, were incredibly kind, warm, and professional. Their hospitality always makes us feel at home. The breakfast spread was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. This visit was even more special as we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. A heartfelt thanks to Ms. Bhavani D, the Reservation Team Leader, who went out of her way to arrange a complimentary cake for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our day extra memorable. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

This is the first and last time to stay at this hotel again. The network is poor, and it is said that there is no personal shadow in the industry. The rice is expensive and unpalatable. I won’t come here to live in the future.

I think it is a very convenient location for transportation. The hotel was kind and I had a good rest. The room was large enough. This is a hotel I definitely want to stay next time.

Excellent facility and the housekeeping is very good. The room is neat and the furniture like the bed and sofa are comfortable. The staff are courteous and co-operative. The restaurant on the ground floor is well maintained and the food is homely. Overall we had a very nice stay at the hotel.

Service was average, food was average, and rooms are below average as all rooms were without windows. If guest prefer rooms with windows, avoid this hotel. If guests do not need windows, consider this hotel and overall hotel is average for Tirupati. Service is low due to the negligent attitude of pilgrimage location. TV was not working and it took a longtime to even turn on and show channels.
