The owner is the most unteachable and unfriendly person. We have NEVER experienced anything like this! You are welcome to express your opinion about our offer when checking out instead of giving such stupid reviews. Because our service was fine and is fair, while your rating doesn't correspond to the facts. It couldn't have been that bad if you were STILL THERE the 2nd NIGHT Thank you” Aha yes, and where are we supposed to get a new hotel so quickly on a public holiday? And who will pay us back the money? The “fun” cost 230€, I have never spent so much money on a barrack like this and I travel a lot in India, among other things, and have been able to experience a lot, but this is a disgrace beyond compare. However, that seems to be due to the region, they don't attach any importance to quality. The Hotel Maritim where our friends were booked was also absolutely underground for the ridiculous price they charged. And here to the supervisor: No, nothing fair, no, nothing okay. They are simply not capable of running a business and can do nothing but bathe in blissful ignorance instead of accepting criticism and letting their anger prevail. The proximity to Titisee and the Hotel Maritim where our friends were staying, which was completely booked and that's why we chose this hotel, is the only reason why we stayed here at all and didn't drive a little further out to Freiburg instead. Here is the review that the owner really wants to have in which he also misused my cell phone number to send me the message. A data protection complaint according to GDPR is being filed due to misuse of my data. The ”superior” room was in the basement, the hotel was cold, the heating didn't warm up properly, disposable plastic cups that had lime deposits and had obviously already been used for the bathroom, the refrigerator dates from the last century and can be used at night due to the noise cannot be operated, the smallest towels in the world, water takes forever to get to a certain temperature and is still only lukewarm, the hotel is poorly insulated, the blankets are far too thin for the time of year (which combined with the cold room made it completely unbearable has) and the owner is the unfriendly and most arrogant thing this country has ever seen. At least check-in and check-out were relatively unproblematic.
