Hotel check in staff was super rude. Didn't feel comfortable at all. He was rude to me and other customers as well as other employees. When going in to the room all looked well until we went to use the shower. It had hair on walls and floor. The towel for the floor turned black. The only other concern was that a roach came from microwave area. There is a pull out sofa bed and sheets were not on it or available anywhere in the room. Didn't want to deal with the rude guy in the lobby so we didn't request any and decided to not use it.
