Our room was for 3 people, we stayed as 2 people. Our room was very clean. Our kitchen had all the facilities from food to coffee. Especially Uncle Beto and his wife are very successful in their business. Porto Monte***** is a 5-minute walk away. We had the opportunity to swim in the sea.

Horrible place would never go back! Grumpy staff that make u just feel uncomfortable and awkward, room was as basic as it could get - but nothing worked. Washing machine, kettle, fridge, back door, bed ALL broken. Caused uncomfortable sleeping and £100 worth of food to have to be thrown away because the fridge was broken! When leaving they tried to charge us for the broken bed which wasn’t from us😂 it was a joke. Power cuts everyday which just caused such an inconvenience. Honestly don’t bother wasting your money here but Tivat is beautiful so do visit there. Never again!!!!

On arrival the manger (called ranka) greeted us with a grumpy attitude which scared my little brother.As she showed us to our rooms we let it go as we arrived at 00:00.As our holiday went on, we found that more and more things were broken such as the kettle,the door not closing, the washing machine and shower leaking when we informed her of this nothing was sorted.not to mention that we had many power cuts . A fue days later she spoke to us as we came back to the apartments and gave us a home made cookie which was nice.However, as we came back to the apartment to get in the mini buss to leave she stopped us saying that we have to pay a £50 fine due to the bed being broken when it was broken when we got there .Me and my family are utterly disgusted and when we told her we would put this on tripadvisor she stated the words no problem , no problem as she knew she had done wrong. Never again!!!!!!
