This is an average b and b in Tivoli. The room was OK but we did have problems with the air conditioning unit in our room. We had to mop up twice as it kept overflowing. The shower needs to be replaced, the handle kept coming off in my hand and we struggled to get hot water. Unfortunately I can only give it 3 stars.

We loved this place! And most of all because the lighting in the room and very modern bathroom was EXCELLENT! ( Hard to find in Italy). Very small with only five rooms, Villa do Bruto was fulfilling in every way. Quietly perched overlooking the Po Valley towards Rome, we could not have imagined such a view for the price. And Andrea was an excellent host. The Inn is spotless, charming in every detail, and was the perfect way to end our three- week trip. If you are going to visit Villa d’Este, it is less than a mile from the entrance but just enough out of town to be rural. Grazie Andrea!

Antica Villa di Bruto is situated on the outskirts of Tivoli. While it is just off a main road, the suites situated on the other side of the building are very quiet and have the most stunning views over the countryside. Not all rooms have views, however there is a shared terrace on this side that one can enjoy the setting from. The place is easy to navigate to and has private secure parking on site. It is a bit of a long walk into town, so works best if you have your own car. We did not find any issue with finding parking in one of the numerous lots in Tivoli, but we visited in April when it wasn't so busy. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable and well-maintained. It featured a minibar (with fairly reasonably priced Prosecco) and kettle. The room was reasonably spacious and the bathroom quite large. A good breakfast was served in a room that featured the same stunning views over the countryside. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again should we return to Tivoli.

A lovely, traditional house, very comfortable, well located and quiet. The villa perches on a hill looking west over the plains of Rome, and there is a lovely terrace to enjoy the sunset. Rooms are large and comfortable. Great shower, once it warms up. Best to have a car – it's not far into town but a hard road to walk on, and it's a ways to Villa Adrian. Easy one-hour drive to Rome airport on the morning of our flight. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely house and the room was beautiful. A great, modern bath, old world charm and and a gorgeous view. I give it four stars instead of five for three reasons. (1) This is a bed and breakfast, not a full service hotel, we asked for help with cabs and local restaurants and were handed some cards which were outdated and no help at all (2) It is a decent walk to town and tough for anyone with mobility issues (3) the breakfast was just ok and the exact same every day.

The accommodations at Antica Villa di Bruto were excellent. The room was clean and quiet with a beautiful view over the terrace and countryside, and the bed was comfortable. The dining area is attractive and breakfast was great. Our host was friendly and helpful. The on-site parking and the overall location were convenient; We left our automobile at the property and walked into town to visit Villa d'Este and other sights. Our only regret is that we spent only one night at Antica Villa di Bruto. This property would make an excellent home base for spending a few days in Tivoli and exploring the surrounding area. -- See the attached photos of the property.

Situato in una zona tranquila di Tivoli, si arriva in centro: in macchina 2 minuti, camminando 10 minuti. Ambiente accogliente con giardino, posto auto disponibile. C Bella camera al primo piano con un comodo bagno. Ampia sala per la prima colazione a buffet con una vista stupenda. Pulizia al top! Il padrone di casa molto gentile e disponibile. Complimenti.
