Poor check in experience and very poor in room amenities. TV did not work, Wifi did not work. Towels were not changed in the 3 days we were there, despite this being billed as a "Suite with Hottub" (Its not a suite, its a room with a sofa in it !) Dangerous electric sockets The family running this place are more focussed on the Bella Italia restaurant downstairs (Which is great, super food) but they just don't have time for the staying guests. Parking is half a kilometre away, at the downhill carpark!

Wir waren für drei Tage da und es war alles super! Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Zum Frühstück gibt es für jeden etwas, sehr ausreichend. Die Lage ist perfekt, man hat alle Anschlüsse in direkter Nähe und das Restaurant ist einfach nur lecker. Wir können es sehr weiterempfehlen!

Perfekter Aufenthalt.Die Zimmer sind wunderschön ,sauber und das Personal so aufmerksam und nett. Das Frühstück war auch alles Super.Würden aufjedenfall gerne wiederkommen.Alles sehr Zentral zu Fuß. Hochschwarzwald Card inklusive mit über 100 Attraktionen Gratis.
