We arrived after a long hike to find that there had been problems with the booking which had been made by a third party travel agent. Also our luggage had gone elsewhere. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful in sorting out the problems for us and finding our luggage. We also had a lovely meal and nice drinks and the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is slightly off the trail for hikers (about 3km from the Westweg stage end) but there is a regular bus service

Stop on the way back hoping to eat a good flammküche, a very simple dish to prepare and I receive an .... industrial Munster flammküche! I will certainly not go back. Go your own way

Herzliches, gastfreundliches Team, gemütliches Hotel, wo auch Kinder und Hunde willkommen sind. Wellnessbereich ist wohltuend erholsam und das Essen ist fantastisch. Als Familie, aber auch als Single sehr empfehlenswert und ein Aufenthalt zum Wiederholen.

Mein Geburtstags- Wochenende konnte ich perfekt mit meiner großen Familie feiern und genießen. Mein Doppelzimmer war groß und die Familienzimmer ebenso. Es war eine entspannte und freundliche Atmosphäre im Hotel, das Essen sehr lecker und das Personal sehr aufmerksam.

Ein tolles Hotel, in dem wir von der Reservierung über Ankunft bis Abreise freundlich und entgegenkommend behandelt wurden. Große Zimmer mit guten Betten, alles sehr sauber, top Service an der Rezeption und im Restaurant, fast schon familiäre Stimmung. Nochmals vielen Dank für die schöne Woche bei ihnen!

Wir hatten ein tolles und erholsames Wochenende. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel war schön,- gelebte Gastfreundschaft. Das "Paket" Grüner Baum und Hotel am Notschrei war prima und sehr angenehm. Mit der Halbpension ( leckeres Essen, schon angerichtet) wurden wir prima verwöhnt.

Wir wollten unseren geplanten Urlaub verkürzen. Wir suchten das Gespräch mit den Verantwortlichen, diese waren jedoch nicht vor Ort, riefen nicht und schrieben auch nicht zurück. Wir bezahlten nahezu den ganzen Urlaub obwohl wir keine einzige Leistung in Anspruch nahmen! Die Ansprechpersonen, welche uns bedienten, beriefen sich stur auf die Stornobedingungen. Hier also nur spontan anreisen, niemals im Voraus buchen.

Das Hotel an sich war in Ordnung, das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Man konnte hier gut übernachten. Auch die Speisen im Restaurant sowie das Frühstück waren in Ordnung. Leider war der Service in allen Bereichen nicht entsprechend gut. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant war sehr unaufmerksam. Für weitere Bestellungen mussten wir wiederholt erstmal Mitarbeiter suchen. Auch waren die Tische in der „Bar“ bereits abends für das Frühstück eingedeckt, was keine Gemütlichkeit aufkommen ließ. Der Service blieb leider weit hinter meinen Erwartungen zurück. Bei besserer Kundenorientierung der Mitarbeiter hätte das Haus eine höhere Bewertung verdient. Schade.
