9.4/10
Outstanding
AAnonymous UserOn the trip to Shanyin, Wanghulou was the first hot spring hotel we stayed in. We once again felt the warm service of a traditional hot spring hotel. The female general didn't speak English very well, but she used a translator to introduce the dishes and communicate with us during the dinner service. When we left the next day, we received a handwritten Japanese card. Seeing the Spring Festival we mentioned and the Adachi Museum of Art we were going to, I really wanted to say ”thank you for the hospitality” to her. The living room of the room we booked faces the hot spring building in the lake, with a good view. We booked a one-night stay and two meals through Ctrip. The dinner was traditional cuisine and the breakfast was a buffet. Both were very rich. We started the mode of eating only two meals a day. Guests staying in the hotel can also make their own hot spring eggs for free. The hot spring is very distinctive and the scenery is very good. The hotel provides a fixed-time shuttle bus at Kurayoshi Station, and you can ask Ctrip customer service to make an appointment.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe room is a bit old and there is no private bathroom in the room. However, the services of the old hotels are still very good. There is a pick-up service to JR Kurayoshi Station. The food is average. After all, the price is there and the price/performance ratio is relatively high.

ZZHAOMisasa Onsen is located in the central part of Tottori Prefecture. It is one of the world's leading hot springs that contain radon. The spring water is also famous for its high radium content and remarkable antioxidant properties. There are various hotels of different styles along the Mitoku River. Because it is the world's leading radioactive spring water, it can improve the vitality and immunity of the body. It is suitable for the treatment of diseases such as arteriosclerosis, bronchial wheezing, diabetes, circulatory organ disorders, chronic skin diseases, and chronic gynecological diseases. It is said to be effective in curing cancer. The human cancer rate is only half that of other regions. We have two hotels this time, Hashizuya and Qimu Biekan, each with its own characteristics. [Blow kiss R] The Wooden Inn Bridge Tsuya, located in Misasa City, Tottori Prefecture, Japan, is an authentic Japanese-style wooden structure hotel with hot spring baths and Japanese cuisine. Not far from the hotel, there are three Yuqing from Yuqing, Tsubaki’s Yu, and a unique cave-style bath on the basement floor of the hotel. It’s free to leave Tang Yuqing, but boys and girls go at a different time, so you have to check the time slot of the hot spring entrance card, whether it’s a girl’s time or a boy’s time. [Meng Meng Da R] The other two soups cost 700 yen an hour (the video writes 1,800 and I remember it is 700 yen). Couples recommend the front desk to make private soup reservations, which is really artistic! The room has tatami mats and a large and comfortable seating area. Guests can enjoy a Japanese breakfast and traditional hearty dinner in the privacy of the room. The kaiseki cuisine is very careful, the tableware is gorgeous enough, the juice cup is cut out, and the chopstick rest is a bunny, so cute ớ ₃ờ. In the history of Misasa Hot Springs, many literati and writers visited here, which also made Misasa Hot Springs famous. [Like R] Misasa Onsen Traffic Guide: Osaka's bus can be taken at Namba (OCAT) or Shin-Osaka for 4,100 yen one-way, and you can take a bus from Okayama, 3,000 yen one-way from JR Kurayoshi Station. It takes 20 minutes to get there. Misasa Hot Springs.

AAnonymous UserThe hot spring hotel is comfortable, the room space is large, and the hot spring is good. The hotel offers one berth and two meals, is a buffet style, and the quality of the food is good. The hotel staff was very courteous. There is a free shuttle bus to and from the hotel and JR Kuraji Station. Please contact the hotel in advance.

CChuGood location, big room, free parking, but there are no restaurants nearby, you have to drive to Kurayoshi city to find food, the large bath is not very big, the equipment is somewhat lacking, and there is free parking

GGuest UserThis is a lakeside hot spring hotel with excellent facilities. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. The Japanese dinner served was great and the portions were generous. The breakfast was of self-service type with wide selections of Japanese (many with local ingredients) and western cuisines. Both the indoor and open air hot spring baths have excellent view of the Togo lake. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe exterior and facilities are showing signs of aging, but the interior of the rooms is nicely appointed. It is some distance from Misasa Onsen County, and the surrounding area feels a little lonely. The entertainment facilities are old, but they also had a nostalgic feel to them and I enjoyed them. Meals are buffet style for both breakfast and dinner, and the quantity is satisfactory. If staying multiple nights, the menu will be the same, so this is something to consider.

GGuest UserA lovely little stay in Hawai Onsen! The local area was so quiet and peaceful, with a couple of good restaurants and a convenience store within a short walk (we were also offered assistance with an izakaya reservation, if we wanted it). The room was big and clean, with comfortable beds and a good selection of provided ameneties. Owner was also very attentive to our needs, and offered additional towels and cleaning if/when we wanted it. Bath was always warm and very relaxing, including an outdoor one. Although the rooms were clean, the shared areas could have done with some additional cleaning - the sinks were not always clean (some hair/dirt), and there were sometimes holes in the bug netting. The trip listing is a little incorrect, as the ”run of house” listing is still only a room with a shared bathroom. The ”shared bathroom” also refers to a full shared onsen experience, with no private shower cubicles etc available. There was a kettle/fridge available, but it would've been nice to have some more kitchen items (plates, chopsticks) as well as a microwave available.
