I recently visited dream place with my mom and friends, and while the place itself is beautiful, our overall experience was affected by a few issues that I’d like to bring to your attention. To begin with, the reception experience was not welcoming. The lady at the reception interrupted us in a very abrupt and unpleasant manner, which left a poor first impression although I am very regular to that place . I understand that there is a food coupon or ticketing system in place, but the communication regarding this could have been handled much better. A polite and clear explanation would have made all the difference. It was especially disappointing for my mother, who felt quite uncomfortable with the way we were addressed. Additionally, while I had a wonderful virgin mojito, the watermelon juice we ordered was not fresh. Upon asking the server, we were told it had been prepared earlier in the morning. For a place like dream place, freshly squeezed juice should be the standard, especially when guests are paying for quality. We also tried the spaghetti carbonara, which unfortunately had an unpleasant smell and had to be returned.
