Place is very convenience for us. After flight landed, we took bus at airport and get off the end of the bus stop. Then you will see the hotel. It is very easier and nearby, no any trouble to traveler to find hotel. Nice lobby and helpable of hotel staff. We asked more 2 bottle of water at the front desk, just few mins i saw staff already arrive at our room , he is faster than us arrive at my room. Good service and nice. We also dine at 6 floor restaurant. Very nice.
Appreciate to highly recommend this hotel if travel to Tokushima.

Having a lot of language barrier with the staffs during the stay. The staffs need to have more train English.

Very convenient location, right above the JR station with malls and restaurants nearby. Room is spacious. If you are driving, you can park right next to the hotel and it cost 1,000yen for 24 hours.

The location is really good and room is clean and big, but the facility is quite old. Still recommend to stay with this hotel.

room is spacious and clean; high level floor offers good view of the city. Location is excellant which is just on top of the JR Zrailway station and 1 min waling distance to bus terminal. Overall it is good value for money.
