Shinagawa Prince Hotel

Great location within 5-7 min walk from the Shinagawa Station. Hotel is big and rooms were spacious so we didn't have issue with managing our big luggage. However there are a few improvements that can be don: 1. AC occasionally wasn't cold enough during very hot days of Tokyo summer 2. Bathroom lighting too dim and my room got 1 of the lights very weak. 3. Water faucets still old style so have to manually turn 2 knobs (hot & cold) to get your preffered temperature. The hotel though got nearby aquarium, some stores, and a food court so those are nice. We also got our request to be put at high floor with nice view.

I booked two Rooms, rooms are clean, the view is super ! Buffet breakfast and location are excellent ! Sure will book again next time.

Good stay, but bedsheets weren't clean. I really enjoyed the convenient location and felt the price was very reasonable. However, the cleanliness needs improvement. We noticed the bedsheets were not clean when we arrived. With a bit more attention to housekeeping, this would be a perfect place to stay

Room is smaller than expected. Basic amenities and no comb, cotton pad provided. Main tower is old but no conplain with the price.

The hotel is very big with the Main, East, North and Annex Towers. I booked a 3-night in July 26 in Annex Towers. The room is clean and very quiet and the aircon is also very quiet. This gave me a very good rest during my short stay. The staff are generally friendly. The train station is just across the hotel. This made travelling very convenient. There are several shops and restaurants in the hotel and prices are affordable. There is also a 7-Eleven on the second floor.
