We've just returned from 4 days here and we honestly had a wonderful time. Friendly staff, our bungalow was spacious and clean and our view was amazing! We found the food great and always something we liked. The place could do with some maintenance in certain areas but overall it's brilliant...we had an amazing time and would definitely return 👍

After reading reviews a week before we was due to go I was slightly worried however don’t believe everything you read. For a 2* hotel I think it was brilliant. 3 different pool areas with plenty of sunbeds. All pools had their own bar too. I’m a fussy eater but found something to eat everytime at the AL buffet. You get what you pay for and it was more than enough. The crazy golf onsite is a bit dated and could do with an upgrade but again it didn’t affect use. The shop onsite was handy. The sunset was beautiful on an evening. There was entertainment on an evening which again was great for what you’re paying for to stay in this hotel. We stayed in the basic rooms and again was adequate for a couple. The towels and bedding was changed every two days. The hotel is tucked out of the way but there is a bus stop at the top of the hill id say a 5 min walk so easy enough to reach. I would visit again.

This hotel should be a 3 star .... everyone so friendly.... immaculately clean everywhere.... did have to upgrade to a bungalow with sea view as basic wasn't nice .... to small . well worth upgrade..... I'm a fussy eater . but always found something to eat .. cocktails were amazing .... bottom pool lively.. we spent our time at the top pool absolutely beautiful.... Best Sun set ever... Will be returning next year ..Well worth every penny . .

Had a fantastic week stay here and are already planning on returning. The room we had was basic and could have done with a bit of tlc but it was comfy and a great base. The views are stunning and the sight of the sunset over the med was worth the money itself! The food was great and more varied than I was expecting and the staff were brilliant, every one of them made you feel welcome and relaxed. There is a bus stop just a short walk from the hotel where you can take the bus onto Palma or, and I thoroughly recommend this, an amazing little gem of a place called Calapi. Absolutely beautiful! You won't get any better hotel for the price.

Basic resort . Not maintained surrounding area Basic rooms and the bathrooms . Only 2 small pieces of soap provided no place to keep anything in the shower area . Sit out area is so dirty with birds poo. Doesn't get cleaned so can’t sit out . Situated far away from town area . Food is okish . Dining room staff are good

we had the best 4 nights here, it was clean, comfortable and in a good location. the views from the hotel were absolutely gorgeous and the rooms had everything you could need in them. the staff were wonderful, particularly felix who was a brilliant entertainer and just a genuinely lovely person, and tony on the bars was so funny and nice and always looked after us. all of the staff were happy to help and very friendly and they really made the trip worth while. we went for a friends birthday and it is safe to say that we would love to come back for another holiday soon. the food had a good variety and was generally good standard and the drinks selection was also good. thank you for a fantastic visit

The hotel was a massive surprise for me and my friends I went with. Firstly the room was clean and very functional with a beautiful view of the bay. Air con was also a blessing with very hot weather. The facilities were clean and very good. The food was plentiful but sometimes was very samey. (The only real let down of our short time away) The entertainment team were fantastic with great enthusiasm and would make the days fly by. I want to have a massive shoutout to Felix who was amazing at what he did. Passionate and welcoming and made our stay so very special. Hakuna Matata and the mini disco were the highlights over a busy birthday holiday. Another shoutout to Tony the bar man who made some truly other worldly cocktails and really made my birthday even better with some specialist cocktails that really blew my socks off. Overall, a lovely time away and I would like to thank all the staff who really made this holiday special.

It's like a butlins abroad but worse food very basic you get a cup witch costs 1euro to drink out of avoid like the plauge on the bright side a trip to soller was amazing well worth a day out it also takes an hour to jump on the bus to get to palma Town centre

October 2024 was my 5th time here and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff are amazing, views are great and the place is clean and tidy. Food could be a bit better but we always found something to keep us full. 3 pools are brilliant. Booked to go again this year.
