Staying at the Bide Bide was one of the very best hotel experiences I've ever had, and I've travelled a great deal, going back to the 1970s. From the warm welcome, to the helpful advice on the town, to the very comfortable room, the delightful art (including the fantastic puppets!), and the very friendly bar/restaurant with great breakfasts/lunches, I could not wish for better. I look forward to returning to a slightly bigger room with my wife, and one with views out on the plaza, that would be icing on the cake! Mil Esker, Gracias, Thank you!

Certainly 4star standard.Pretty much faultless.Best thing though is location on an historic cobblestone Plaza were it is wonderful to sit outside evenings with a drink and soak up the great atmosphere. One other thing.If you opt for the English breakfast,the freshly cooked eggs and bacon are the best we,ve ever had. And excellent value as well.

Stayed just one night here to visit Casa Julian for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel feels very Scandinavian despite being in a traditional Spanish building. Very clean & comfortable. Recommend the breakfast in the Bar BideBide next door.

This is a new hotel in a renovated building. Although relatively simple in its facilities everything was clean and in good condition. Few staff but very helpful. Much better than the grading suggests. Can also recommend the adjacent café and bar which seems to be part of the same organisation although not directly connected.

I call to reserve a table (3px and 2 baby carriages). The girl who serves me tells me that she is going to ask, and Ruth tells her (I understand that she is in charge) "NO CARTS". In other words, we cannot go because we are in the way of the cars. Good thing they weren't wheelchairs...

De Tolosa nos llevamos una grata experiencia y de este hotel también. Ubicado en la plaza principal y a un paso de todo, en 10 minutos llegas a la estación de tren o a la parada del bus y en 30 min estás en San Sebastián. El personal muy amable, las habitaciones comodísimas y muy grandes... Y aunque no incluye régimen de comidas, puedes desayunar, comer y cenar en el restaurante del propio hotel ubicado justo abajo. Nosotros cenamos una noche y desayunamos también y genial también, volveríamos sin dudarlo.
