We visited the hotel on February 14th - the best room, very good restaurant with photographer and live music. Cool decorations in restaurant. Clean and comfortable rooms, swimming pool, hammam and sauna. The stuff is friendly.

We were with my daughter in Tomsk at the weekend (the child wrote the All-Russian Olympiad). We were delighted with everything. We took a junior suite. A huge room with high ceilings, very tastefully renovated, stylish paintings on the walls, a huge bathroom, a huge comfortable bed with excellent linens. Cozy bathrobes and slippers. A chic spa area with a hammam, a sauna and a swimming pool (everything is superb). Very cool breakfasts: a small buffet and you order one full dish from the menu (everything is delicious), we also took freshly squeezed juice (also included in the paid breakfast). Highly recommend!!!

Excellent hotel. Attentive and responsive staff. Comfortable, clean rooms, good furniture, pleasant calm interior style. Swimming pool, hammam, sauna, gym. Great breakfasts, cozy, atmospheric restaurant, polite, attentive waiters. Good location of the hotel, no street noise. And at the same time almost the center of the city. We definitely recommend.

Был в отеле 6 лет назад, очень много путешествую по стране и мог со всей ответственностью заявить, что тогда это был лучший отель из всех, где я был. Сейчас стало чуть хуже. Теперь не производят впечатление завтраки, очень слабый шведский стол, да, можно заказать отдельно одно полноценное блюдо и выпить шампанского), но все равно, раньше было гораздо лучше), По номеру никаких вопросов, хотя тоже одноразовые шампуни качественной фирмы уступили месту дозаторам(. По СПА-центру никаких вопросов, кроме того, что сауна не очень горячая. И спасибо за возможность сделать кофе с собой в свободном доступе и весьма приличный ланч-пакет в 6 утра, учитывая ранний вылет и отсутствие возможности попасть на завтрак. Чуть не забыл, девушки на рецепции - молодцы, но того, кто придумал им такую униформу), нужно уволить). Резюмирую, отель хороший, но не теперь не лучший к огромному сожалению!

Отель 5*. Но это на вывеске. По факту не больше 4*. Отель маленький, двухэтажное здание находящиеся между двух развалившихся деревянных избушек. Ковровое покрытие во всём отеле уже давно нужно заменить, т.к. оно всё вытертое. Ресторан находится в цокольном этаж, зал без окон. Завтраки - не шведский стол. Подходит официант присит выбрать 1 их 10 блюд. Но больше всего удил номео. Биде, или даже гигиеничего душа, как заявлено на сайте в санузлах нет. Как нет и прикроватной кушетки, и кушетки для багажа. Тапочки одноразовые - размер на детей, 35 размер тапочек как может надеть человек с 39 размером или тем более 45-м. Шумоизоляция тоже оставляет желать лучшего. Соседей по номеру за стенкой слышно очень хорошо, даже прислушиваться не надо.

Корректировки: Добрый день. Выбрали с коллегами данный отель. Номера чистые, приятные. Что не понравилось: 1. При заселении требуют заполнения анкет (данный момент не приятен, поскольку гостиницы уже давно убрали данный пункт); 2. Возникли сложности настройки Wi-Fi. 3. Со стороны администраторов чувствовалось раздражение, грубость, не с ориентировали какие услуги есть в отеле, что очень огорчило. Прошу администрацию отеля обратить на это внимание!

Всем привет! Выбрали с коллегами этот отель по красивым фотографиям и отзывам,по приезду нас ждало разочарование. Расселили далеко друг от друга, заплатили одинаково за номер, но мне достался какой то ущербный(238 номер) без холодильника с какой то железной колонной об которую убиться можно.Попросила поменять номер , так вспомнили обо мне чуть ли не в последний день.Завтраки в этом отеле стоили 900р (ужасно дорогие) на 3й день надоели,Спа поначалу даже обрадовало его наличие, но потом оказалось бассейн с ледяной водой, хамам то горячий то холодный. Ну отдельное разочарование это вьезд в этот отель ужасно маленькая парковка и ворота отвратительные просто...

Отель очень понравился -уютный номер с удобной кроватью, полный мини-бар и бесплатные чай, кофе, вода, в ванной есть все необходимые принадлежности и халат. В ресторане очень вкусно кормят и готовы пойти навстречу пожеланиям клиента (приготовили мне коктейль, который не числится в меню). Приятно поразило качество и состав завтрака, который выдали мне с собой в дорогу рано утром. Единственный минус -окна номера на первом этаже нужно вечером закрывать, поскольку иначе с улицы будет все видео. В целом отель очень хороший и персонал на ресепшене очень доброжелательный!
