衞生尚可，衞浴乾濕分離，但是衞生間過於狹小，衞浴噴淋頭不太暢快，排風扇巨響，房間之間的隔音很差。附近餐飲很方便，停車場挺大，且有人看守比較安全。

金秋十月來了河南省桐柏縣城長城賓館，首先是能停六十輛車的院內停車位吸引了。大堂整潔，樓道寬敝，房間佈局合理，儘管面積不是很大，但格局設計合理，浴衞分開，乾濕分開，使用方便。房子裏燈光明亮，電功窗簾，50吋電視，一桌三椅，喝茶聊天都很方便的。早餐主食菜品豐富的，真是價優質優的滿意住宿。我在攜程網訂了雙標房子，大堂經理髮現我們是七十多歲了，馬上就升級調房到了屋裡沒有台階的三樓客房，服務細緻入微。賓館北面步行200米，有一個老城根超市，規模可比北京的大型超市，各種食品，水果特別便宜，特別適合長途旅行者補充食材。一切都有照片為證。原來準備是住一天，這麼好的服務又延長了一天。謝謝各位多關注桐柏長城賓館！

前台服務人員態度僵硬，房間地板都翹起來了，差點絆倒，國家規定酒店現在都是下午14點退房，他們非要13點之前退房，午休到14點需要加20元費用。

房間非常大非常乾淨，整體質量和效果都很好，整個院子都是停車場，放車方便還安全。住的也非常安靜，睡的很踏實。前台工作人員非常熱情大方，工作很認真，待人誠懇熱情，非常棒了一次入住體驗。值得推薦，必須五星好評。

個人評價，僅供參考：鏡子的兩個觸摸屏開關晚上一直亮，刺眼；衞生間關上兩扇玻璃門後，空間超級小，很不方便；最痛苦的一點：下水道排水聲音超級大，太吵了；不給差評的原因是，個人不習慣給差評。
