入住房間跟訂的房間不一樣，商量居然説是圖片的問題，明明訂的是30平的鳥鳴房，住的確是20平的房間。還好平台很給力，盡力協調，商家也同意退了差價。商家服務態度還是很好的。衹是這遠去，沒有住到心怡的房間，確實遺憾！

整體外部環境還可以，但是設施陳舊，淋浴水冷熱難調，房間衞生較差，有一根發黴的香煙，沒有空調，關上門窗很熱，且紗窗壞了，蚊蟲在室內亂飛。孩子嚇得睡不着。

作為避暑山莊，景色還是非常不錯的。民宿旁邊就是竹林和小溪，可以遊山玩水。至於住宿就是普通民宿環境，衞生和硬件不能有太大要求。Ps:早晚非常涼爽，沒有空調，蓋被子睡覺，夜裡滿天繁星，還有鳴蟲聲伴睡。

除自然環境好點，客房衞生、設施、品質服務都太差了。晚上客房太熱，沒空調，衹有一把風扇，氣人的是半夜斷電兩次，想來避暑的，差點中了暑，折騰一夜無眠，天亮吃完早歺即回。差評……
