When I was ready to go to bed, I lifted up my pillow and saw this. It was too late so I didn't bother (I was just shocked at first glance, but it wasn't a big deal). When I checked out, I told the front desk about this and showed them the photos, but I didn't get any response. They just kept their heads down and dealt with it coldly... This attitude can only be rated one star.
