寵物友好酒店，交按金200，退房後返還。我們帶了狗狗的帳篷廁所尿墊，娃開心，狗也開心。服務態度好，樓下對面吃喝玩樂非常方便。停車免費。

設施：設施比較齊全就是有些老舊，功能不太齊全
衞生：衞生條件中規中矩，如果以維也納的標準是不達標的，比如洗澡間好幾塊黑污垢
環境：與一個桌球室在一個樓層，來往人員比較多
服務：這個得説兩句了，剛入住時前台跟我説住在8樓，早餐在9樓上一個樓層就到了，結果上了8樓打不開，後自己看了下房卡原來是5樓！後來跟她説了這個問題，本以為一句抱歉就完事了，各種推委藉口，真讓人反感！還有第二天明明攜程上延遲退房了且酒店都確認了，怎麼還有人催着退房呢！服務這一塊值得加強！！！

酒店在中心位置，兩邊都是商場。吃飯逛街都跟你方便。就是停車在對面商場，要步行過來。再好停車酒店報銷。房間不大。衞生可以。前台服務很好！還送了早餐。有驚喜這個價位早餐有牛肉麪。推薦！

酒店位置很好，城中心，周邊配套齊全，特別方便。工作人員也很好，服務熱情，引領停車跑了好遠。設施設備都還可以，隔音一般，對面兩間房開着門聊天到半夜，有點惱火。

酒店房間面積一般，毛巾稍微有點舊，淋雨噴頭的支架有點鬆動，其他都很好，早餐品種比較多，竟然有熱乾麪。酒店對面的商場非常熱鬧，很久沒見過這樣的景象了。

房間衞生非常乾淨，前台小姐姐服務也不錯，因在網上定房，12點需要退房，跟前台小姐姐説了帶孩子中午要午休，需要晚一點退房，也是沒問題

跟朋友出來玩選擇了連鎖酒店家維也納，果然沒有失望。房間小而精，非常乾淨整潔，我比較認床，但這裏的床墊很舒服，隔音效果也很好，窗簾也很遮光，非常適合愛睡懶覺的我，早餐品種特多的，挺好吃的。住的比較舒服，衞生間乾濕分離。退房時東西忘記在房間了，前台小妹在第一時間聯繫我，這點真的非常感謝，非常棒，這樣的酒店客人住着也放心，安心！
