The tray set had dust and stains.
Worse part, the receptionist told me that if we switched to another room, we’d probably find the same problem. How could she tell me that?!🫠

The room is huge. It is the largest room I have ever stayed in for the same price. The hotel corridors also look new. The place to hang clothes is on the 4th floor. But there is no outdoor balcony to dry clothes.
