這個以銅川命名的酒店真是不錯 ，酒店園林設計晚上可以在樓下散步還有對面就是公園，主要是酒店前台服務特別周到細心，大廳的工作人員看見我坐那休息給我主動倒了一杯茶，房間也很乾凈，以後有機會一會再定這家酒店

設施：還不錯，雖然是封閉窗但是可以看到外面，而且不太氣悶。淋浴水比較小，不太舒服。
衞生：衞生還可以，打掃的全是乾淨的。
環境：周邊有飯店水果店等，但是太晚就沒什麼了，畢竟是小城市。
服務：停車免費，早餐有牛肉，很驚艷，嘎嘎香。

性價比很高的一家酒店。位置優越，獨立大院，環境優美，出行方便。周邊有夜市，商鋪眾多，吃飯逛街方便。地面地庫車位很多，停車方便。房間設施配置齊全，空間大，空調好，床品舒適，燈光柔和。工作人員（前台、客房、保安、餐廳）服務態度好，認真負責，周到細緻。早餐品種齊全，味道可口，營養豐富。值得推薦。

在銅川屬於比較高檔的酒店，位置很好，酒店的設施也維持得比較好。適合商務差旅或者個人出行選擇。房間比較大，衞生做得也不錯。

設施：房間全部都是封閉窗 有新風系統
但是新風系統的聲音真是一言難盡
這麼説吧 呼隆隆的還關不了
服務：早餐品類很少 九點就結束了 服務員會偷偷吃餐枱上的食品
總體來説 不推薦 也不會再入住

酒店客房衞生不徹底，還有上次提到的服務問題，現在2024年了，希望你們能改進，送外賣的小哥也是服務行業，也不容易，職業不分貴*，你們把外賣員攔住不讓給送餐，你們酒店前台服務員答覆讓客人自己下樓取，你們不接觸餐食，最後在我反覆溝通下才給我送上樓，那麼我請問，住酒店的客人自己掏錢住酒店，又不是白住，你們體現的服務在哪裡？你們即使不想派人送，難道不能改進買機器人給住客送？這次前台服務態度有所改變。希望你們能真的做到改進，而不是敷衍回覆的了，而事實還是該咋樣就是咋樣。
