King's Park International Hotel

I checked into this hotel on October 23, and it was my first time. The reasons for negative reviews are as follows: First, after the main switch of the hotel was turned off, the phone could not be charged. As a result, my mobile phone was not charged all night. I have never seen any hotel where the main switch was turned off and the socket became unusable. Look at picture 1 Second, around eight o'clock in the morning on October 24, I was taking a bath in the bathroom, and suddenly a hotel attendant swiped my card to enter. I casually said, "What's going on?", and the waiter said "irritating" and went out. I didn't close the door because I was the only one in the room. The waiter swiped my card and saw me through the bathroom mirror. He knew I was going to the toilet, so he said "spicy". When I got out of the queen room, I found that the door had not been closed for me. It was really annoying. See picture 2. I immediately called the front desk to complain, and without any solution, they said they would inform the housekeeping department. Then someone came back and explained to me at the door, "I thought you were checking out, so I opened the door." I asked "Did you not knock before opening the door? Can you think of this?" She didn't say anything, and the person just left. I went to check out at ten o'clock, and no one at the front desk mentioned my complaint, just as if it never happened. Since I was in a hurry, I didn't have time to compete with them, because Ctrip allows you to write negative reviews. Third, on October 25, the hotel front desk added me on WeChat and asked me to give her a five-star review. This is also the best, picture 3 and 4. I feel like none of them knew about my complaint. I really gave them a lot of face by not acting wild at their front desk that day.

Extremely bad! 1. There were defects in the room but they were not told to me when checking in. 2. The subwoofer in the KTV downstairs affected sleep in the middle of the night. The hotel could not solve the problem. Finally, it was solved by calling the police, which took an hour and a half. 3. The musty smell in the room does not match the so-called star rating. Room defects: When I checked in, I was not told about the problem with the room. When I found that the shower room door in the bathroom was missing a piece, I called the front desk and told the front desk that she was new and didn't know. I waited for a long time before someone came to talk about the shower room door. Not delivered yet. KTV nuisance: The hotel apparently often receives such complaints. When I complained at the front desk at 12 o'clock, the front desk directly called someone to tell me that it was 12 o'clock, but it was of no use. Later, a person told me that the KTV sound had been turned down. I went back to the room and the sound was still very serious, so I had to go downstairs and find the front desk again, but this time the front desk still didn't come forward, so I had to call the police to solve the problem. I called the police every ten minutes, and finally arrived at the scene thirty minutes later. They said they were temporarily delayed due to other matters. After negotiating with the KTV, the police said they had turned off the subwoofer, and at the same time, they were going to stop operating at one o'clock. I could only hehe. The hotel has not apologized to me yet. This night was really impressive and taught me a lot of lessons.

衞生好差，雖然在縣政府旁邊，但是旁邊的ktv吵到半夜，而且晚上還有放鞭炮的聲音，房間隔音也差，聽到隔壁小孩一晚上哭鬧的聲音，早餐也沒什麼吃的

房間面積大，環境優美、衞生整潔，第一次到銅鼓遊玩特別温馨。酒店停車場有地下地上車位。還有二樓的餐廳也非常好，我們不吃辣，也得到了滿足！

酒店服務熱情，衞生乾淨整潔，房問温馨寬敞，酒店，酒店位置優越，設施也很齊全，客房清潔人員也很親切熱情，房間的價格也很實惠，性價比高！得到了一次舒適愉悦的入住體驗，下次還會想再來！

酒店環境還是不錯的，最滿意的是設施設備，房間裏有晾衣架 很方便，很多酒店是沒有的，這點想得很周全，體驗感很不錯，早餐也挺豐富的，推薦湯粉好吃，服務態度也挺好的，總體還説還不錯呢👍
