鳳凰閣的早餐永遠是我的鬧鐘！連吃三天都不膩。傍晚在半山小坐看着落日發會呆已成為我的治癒時刻！

一座安靜的城市，在這裏風景優美，古色古香，位置在古城裡邊，出門就能看到景點，我們在這裏住宿，還泡了温泉，吃了免費的早餐🥣，並且停車非常方便，古城下邊有水坡巷，那是一條沒有商業氣息的街道，拍照很出片，並且離黃河古渡口也非常近，一次很完美的旅遊🥰

週末家庭旅遊的好去處，強烈推薦住一晚，感受下這裏的温泉和園林式的客房。水坡巷和黃河渡口也值得打卡。希望潼關古城能多增加一些親子項目，比如無動力樂園，萌寵樂園，户外小童拓展。

房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，採光好，整體十分舒適。房間設施齊，前台服務十分貼心，解決問題及時，滿足客人需求。酒店位置優越，出行方便，還可以免費停車。早餐很豐盛，非常方便。

酒店外觀園林式，房間分佈在山坡上不適合長者居住。房間沒有暖氣，空調製熱差。沒有無線網絡，房間電話不能使用，電視沒有信號，號稱温泉酒店，洗澡水是自來水，房間放了一個小時沒有熱水，換了房間依然不熱，不能洗澡，居然連衞生間門都是壞的。餐廳提供老潼關肉夾饃，等了40分鐘，居然是涼饃！拿下去熱了10分鐘還沒有好，衹好出去找小吃店了。做為國資運營的酒店管理成這個樣子，看着很痛心。員工培訓嚴重不到位！設施損壞長時間無人維修！一個連自來水都燒不熱的酒店居然敢叫温泉酒店！！
