This is the first time I have skied in so many years. I planned to rent skis from the ski hall on the last day for a day of skiing, but it was only half a day when the children were taking off their skis normally on the back mountain. The snowboard binding broke, and I had to add ropes all the way. Snowmobile back to the ski hall. Regarding the breakage caused by depreciation or quality issues of the ski equipment, the service staff at the ski center did not apologize and insisted on asking me to pay 500 yuan in compensation. The ski service industry here has not learned to communicate with customers based on common sense, and they will not come back in the future.

雙人房房間有點小 房間好熱但是可以開大窗通風 我們房間有個衣櫃的桿子缺失，導致我有的衣服掛不起來，第一天跟前台説了一直沒人來修。有一天服務員老早就敲門，我説不用打掃她還問我什麼時候打掃😂建議看一下門口的請勿打擾電子標識或者門把手上的勿擾牌～

酒店在雪場雪具大廳兩三百米處，萬峯貌似沒有滑進滑出的酒店，這個位置其實也很方便，接駁車也很方便，下樓不用等太久。酒店房間乾淨整潔，早餐豐富，雪道也夠用，整體不錯👍

瑞士酒店賓客關係主任張超服務很好，酒店地理位置非常好找，距離雪場特別近，客房非常乾淨，北歐式裝修風格，下次還會再來!
補充一下，整個萬峯滑雪度假村，瑞士酒店是唯一擁有地下車庫的酒店。在外面大雪紛飛的雪季，不想清理車身積雪的話，選擇瑞士酒店是最好的選擇。

連續兩年去萬峯滑雪住在瑞士酒店，房間整潔，早餐也不錯。擺渡車有時候比較難等，尤其是散場時從雪具大廳回酒店，但步行5～10分鐘也到了，可以接受。
建議：幾次過來房間温度都是27～28℃有點高了，25～26比較合適。
