衞生一般，要求高的人不建議住
位置還不錯，在居民區裏，附近吃喝都還挺多，但是晚上比較吵，馬路上不停的過車過人
總之這個價格不要有太高的要求了，性價比還是很高的

房間設施陳舊，那被子看着噁心，衞生清理不好，特別是床上用品。總體上説，是一次讓人無奈的體驗。

屋內衞生乾淨整潔，因考試入住，但是在東北零下30度的天氣，在屋內穿着羽絨服還瑟瑟發抖，不知道是因為暖氣報停還是供暖不好，個人建議冬季不要再出租了，現在凍的已經頭疼欲裂。

經常定這家，攜程價格比**便宜，這個價格很優惠很好，房間也比較乾淨，比較喜歡住他家五月花的房源，房東人不錯。

本來看到有棋牌室的，訂了，老闆説麻將桌壞了，就説給換個好點的房間，額…三樓沒電梯，房子裏有點味道，小房間很小，牀板噹噹硬😂，但是兩個房間都有電褥子，勝在便宜吧。

房東特別熱情特別好，房子一開始因為倒不開給我們臨時換個特別好的房子，房子裏面很乾凈，屋子白天太陽照進來很有家的感覺，地理位置也很方便，周圍小吃美食也很多，下次去通化還會繼續來這裏住~好評~
