The room was clean and tidy, the service staff was very professional, and a heartwarming incident occurred. After checking out, I was over 100 kilometers away from the hotel when I realized I had left my wallet in the room. After contacting the hotel, the staff immediately helped me find my wallet. Because cash can't be delivered by express, the waiter put the money in my card and transferred it to me via WeChat. They were very patient throughout the process, and the problem was quickly resolved. It's inevitable that there will be omissions when you're away from home, but it's very touching to meet such people! A big thumbs up to the hotel staff 👍🏻

I lived here for the second time. It takes about five minutes to get to the Luming shuttle bus. If you drive by yourself, you can park in the underground garage. The administrator brother is very enthusiastic and responsible, and the temperature in the house is high and not cold. Safe and reliable.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is the snow field to go out, which is equivalent to sliding in and out. The service staff is enthusiastic and the demand can be responded in time. The resort has limited dining options, and it is a little inconvenient to travel by car during peak hours. You can call the car to the city to feel the Northeast cuisine through the platform.

The room was brightly lit by a skylight above the patio, but it didn't open, making it quite stuffy. The small hot spring pool was nice and comfortable. We were given a hot spring pass upon check-in, but we had to use it before checking out; otherwise, the pass would expire. We went the morning of our second day, which was a bit tight. We'll probably go on the same day next time. The breakfast was good, but the family room only includes breakfast for two, so tall children will have to buy it separately. There's a fruit picking garden about a ten-minute drive from the hotel, so it's nice to go there after the hot springs.

Wanfeng Skiing spent a super happy five days in the New Year. There is a direct shuttle bus to the resort from the airport. The Guanshan Apartment is very close to the snow field. The curtains can be opened to see the snow road. Breakfast is at the Holiday Inn next door. It is very rich and the snow field is good. It is more suitable for high-end middle and senior players. Full score experience. Because Wanfeng, I fell in love with Tonghua City ☺️

Lights recommended! This hotel's persistence in hygiene details has completely refreshed my understanding. If ”one customer and one change” is the basis, then their cleaning standards for ”washing machines, dryers and electric kettles” are simply the gospel of ”cleanliness patients”! What surprised me and moved me the most was a [clean confirmation card] in the room. It clearly said: ”The electric kettle has been cleaned with white vinegar, 100 °C boiling water is disinfected at high temperature, please rest assured to use it.” As a person with high requirements for accommodation hygiene, and even a little ”cleanliness”, this stay experience completely reassured me and impressed me. The hotel environment is good. I chose this hotel because it is close to the examination venue. The front desk staff was very considerate and upgraded me to a room with windows. The house has a little taste. The small room is small. The bed board is hard.😂, but both rooms have electric mattresses, which is cheaper.
