1房間老舊，發黴味、地毯臟舊，上個顧客的煙盒塑料膜都還在，下水道的異味溢出，反味太難聞了。2空調噪音太大，空調出風有異味。3.馬桶老舊，馬桶還有尿垢，坐墊上都是尿垢，特別噁心，浴室門都是壞的，下半截水垢發黃。4毛巾浴巾太硬、床單、被子有味道、吹風機風力太小、沒有一次性拖鞋。5、早餐不豐富，性價比低。體驗感極差

不錯，房間超大，設施比較新，乾淨衞生。出差公幹也在酒店附近，很方便。樓層高一點，靠通江一側風景不錯。

新裝修，環境，硬件設施都挺不錯，早餐豐富。就是價格小貴，不過位置方便，地處中心地段，也可以接受。服務熱情，點贊👍👍👍

餐廳服務員綜合管理有待提高，客房管理有待提高。大廳二樓但凡有酒席，整個大廳都會很吵鬧，相當吵。整體硬件配置還過得去，酒店更多拼的是服務和細節，如果把這些再加強，相信酒店的口碑會更好！
