最差的一次入住體驗，床上有大蟲子爬到身上，酒店直説給換房，沒有任何説法，到前台找經理，才過來給道歉。電工有説什麼這個時候滿大街都是這種蟲子。我在大街上一個也沒看見，意思是床上有蟲子是很正常的嘍，我矯情唄？早晨退房，又給我上演了一出，前台問入住怎麼樣，話還沒説完就被旁邊人打斷，別問別問。馬上給我辦理退房，意思是把我儘快打發走唄。真當我聽不見看不見嗎？沒有一點歉意嗎。我投訴了，回電話説我走的快，沒有給你道歉的機會。我要坐在那等你道歉嗎？搞笑。
