酒店位置佳（通遼火車站店，如果要去通遼實驗中學考試，可以作為選擇之一），出行便利。房間寬敞明亮，佈置温馨。服務更是貼心周到，室內用品可以通過小程序或者撥打前台電話隨時補入，工作人員熱情友好。餐飲自助，美味可口。整體體驗超棒!推薦大家選擇。酒店很多員工真的讓人感到了賓至如歸。尤其要提起我熟悉的一名女員工：11日上午為了解酒店預訂情況，我撥打了酒店電話，是前台的一位女士接通的，並耐心回答了我的疑問；19日下午辦理入住時，因為她的聲音很特別（微微有點啞），所以我當時就認出了她；在之後的幾天每次遇到都會微笑打招呼，我曾向她問路，她會問我住得怎麼樣，有沒有需要幫助的地方；這讓我在考試的這幾天，都感到親切温暖。其他的員工也讓人感到温馨熱情。今天遺憾沒有見到這位前台女士，我也不知道她的工號和名字，這就是人與人相遇的規律，匆匆而過，但仍然讓人由衷地想對彼此表達祝福：祝各位工作順利！健康平安！

從前台服務説起，一進入酒店，就被前台服務人員的熱情所感染。他們態度親切，笑容滿面，辦理入住手續高效快捷。在整個入住期間，無論我有任何問題，他們都能耐心解答，服務周到得讓人感覺像是回到了家。
酒店的早餐也給我帶來了極大的驚喜。種類豐富多樣，從中式的粥品、豆漿、麪點到西式的麪包、咖啡，一應俱全。每一道菜品都味道好吃，食材新鮮，看得出酒店在餐飲方面下足了功夫。
再説説房間，設備齊全，佈置得非常舒適。床鋪柔軟適中，讓人一夜好眠。房間的衞生也做得無可挑剔，乾淨整潔的環境讓人心情愉悦。房間內的設施一應俱全，無論是辦公還是休閑都能滿足需求。

非常好的一家酒店,服務非常到位,到店前台小姐姐還給免費升級了房型。房間裏設施很齊全，房間裏還有小冰箱，酒店還有免費的自助洗衣房，健身房。真的是太愛了。下次來通遼還會選擇這個酒店！
