怎麼説呢，房間挺大，設計及其不合理。衞生間搞得特別差，馬桶邊衞生紙架磕胳膊，放牙刷什麼一次性用品的盒子在衞生間外面，我還以為是茶葉什麼的，房間不提供牙刷呢，打房務電話一問才找到。最可恨的是沐浴液不是一次性的，洗一半發現沐浴液沒填充。很不爽

非常好的一間酒店。酒店較大，衞生乾淨，房間舒適。早餐品種豐富且有點高大尚。酒店服務員都很好，對合理需求反應及時。竇經理服務細至，還幫我們聯繫了一輛價格實惠，服務良好的大巴，保證了在通遼的出行需求。

酒店設施挺好的，有感應燈夜裡很方便，服務也挺好的，前台給升了主題親子房雖然忘記佈置床單靠枕那些了😂不過據説房間會大一些。早上餐廳服務人員也挺好的，我給孩子要温水他們後廚衹有熱水，我就回座位了，有一個服務員主動提出幫我涼一壺，另一個服務員還主動給我們拿了水果，感謝！再去通遼還會選擇這家。
