從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就能感受到無微不至的服務。門僮熱情幫忙搬運行李，工作人員總是面帶微笑，主動打招呼。入住期間，我需要打印一些文件，致電前台後，很快就有人送來打印機，還幫忙調試好。退房時，工作人員還細心詢問入住體驗，認真記錄我的建議，這種用心服務的態度真的很難得。
但是，房間鎖不了門，不知道是所有房間都鎖不了還是怎的
