Tonglu Hotels with Pools

Although we only stayed for one evening it was a most pleasurable one. I have very basic Chinese language skills (i.e. None) but the staff were very patient and helpful. It also helped that I had taken a Chinese friend with me for the short break. Check in was swift and only took around 5 minutes considering I needed to provide all my documentation and covid codes etc. Again the staff were great an made us feel very welcome. The room was huge with two almost Double beds, a huge bathroom and giant circular bathtub as well as a shower. The mini bar was well stocked and there was a dressing room as well as robes, slippers etc. After a few minutes settling in we were treated to a gift of fresh fruit which was very much appreciated. The beds were super comfortable and we slept well after we returned from an evening out in Tonglu. In the morning the breakfast was typical Chinese buffet and was delicious though we didn't eat too much due to our previous evenings dinner. Even though I was clearly the only Westerner in the Hotel at that point I was made to feel very welcome by every single person I encountered....both staff and guests. I would highly recommend a stay here if you should ever visit Tonglu.

The location is very good, with a panoramic view of the mountains and a quiet environment. The housekeeper service is considerate and thoughtful. The three-bed room is large enough for a family of three. The room is well soundproofed, with air conditioning and floor heating. The facilities are complete. There are fruits, snacks and good night sweet soup every day. The breakfast is a set meal, and you can choose one of the four staple foods. It is very good. It is also convenient to eat near the B&B, and you can take the shuttle bus. Because it is inconvenient to go to the public restaurant for meals with pets, the housekeeper delivers them to the room every morning and evening. Thank you very much.

I chose this venue because it was the nearest 5 star hotel to OMG activity park and also because we were celebrating my eldest sons 12th birthday. The accommodation was 5 stars amazing! Our room faced the peninsula and had a fantastic view. The bed linen felt very luxury soft. The food was top quality ingredients. The outdoor swimming pool is maintained to a very high standard. Finally the service was impeccable all round. Special mention goes to Sky who attended my every needs and made the birthday boy feel extra special! I have stayed in many B&Bs, but this time I really felt that the price/performance ratio was very low. First and most important thing is to remind everyone that the road to the B&B is very difficult! ! Referring to the attached picture, I checked the map before going there and asked the store if there was a section of rural road that was easy to open. They said it was easy to open. As a result, there is only one single lane on the road and it is not one-way. To meet a car, you have to get off the car repeatedly to communicate and keep reversing to give way. Some cars even had their tires fall into ditches on the road, damaging their chassis. The parking lot of the B&B is the gravel land in the picture, which is very similar to a dried river bed. The stones are also very sharp and easy to wear the chassis. I was really angry when I arrived. I really recommend that if you want to run a B&B in this area, you can set up a centralized parking lot and use golf carts to pick up and drop off the B&B. Otherwise, the bigger car would be really stuck and unable to move. At present, there are not many large parking lots along the way, and most of them are parked on the roadside. The small courtyard is priced at 1,500 a night. The welcome fruit is a few strange-shaped plums. The good night fruit is sandy watermelon in a carton. The bathroom in the room has no curtains and faces the open-air hillside. The toilet is yellow and the sink is also very mottled. , the key point is that the bathroom is not separated from wet and dry, and is located between the bedroom and the living room. After taking a shower, there is water everywhere. The check-in hall was full of linens and miscellaneous items, giving people a messy feel overall. During the dry season, the nearby riverbeds are all dry, and there are no entertainment places or scenery around. They are basically homestays. The restaurant can make reservations for dinner, and the freshly fried ingredients for dinner are really good. The breakfast is very simple. The pictures in the photo show basically all the dishes, only white porridge, eggs and pickles. The service staff are really friendly and helpful with luggage. But the B&B hardware is really not good.

The room is quite big, the facilities are not bad, free fruit upon check-in, the price is reasonable. But there are too many people on weekends, there is no seat for dining at 8:30 in the morning, you can see that there are many kinds of food, but there is basically nothing left, the replenishment is not timely, and the goods are not what you ordered. The elevator takes a long time to come, I don't know why, it stands to reason that there are four elevators even if there are many people. It is poor in the New Century Mingdu hotel of this level.

The hotel has a good location, and the room can directly see the Fuchun River and the city view, which is a double enjoyment. I must praise the hotel service. From the moment I entered the door, the attitude of every service staff who stored the luggage and checked in was very good. Although there were some minor incidents after check-in, it did not affect our mood. I am very grateful to the duty manager Xiao Zhou for actively communicating and efficiently solving the problem. I booked an ordinary double bed room, and the boss upgraded it to a suite for free. There is an extra-large reception room with TV, audio, mahjong table and other equipment. If there are many friends, it is very suitable to watch TV and play cards together. In addition, the room also has a large courtyard, and there is a lotus pond in the courtyard. The water lilies in the pond are blooming very well. It is also very pleasant to sit in the yard and do nothing, just drink tea and look at the mountains. When I was choosing a hotel, I read some reviews of other hotels. Many reviews said there were bugs, but this one didn't have any bugs, no bugs, no bugs! Book with confidence! The service was also very good. The hotel's breakfast was also very rich, with yogurt and fruit. The eggs should be authentic local eggs, very fragrant and delicious. For dinner, my suggestion is not to go out to find food, there is nothing good nearby. I heard from the tourists who stayed with me that the kitchen's cooking skills are very good and the dishes are delicious, so it is recommended to eat directly in the hotel, but you must book in advance, because you have to go down the mountain in advance to prepare the ingredients. It's all tears to say more. I didn't book in advance, so I drove down the mountain for half an hour to have a copper pot hot pot meal.

It's a very unique house. I don't want to go to the noisy tourist attractions, so I want to find a clean and leisurely place to stay. After searching online for a long time, I finally chose this one. The B&B has a nice environment, which is my favorite style. It's also very film-making, and it's beautiful. There are many shapes hahahahahahahaha, you need to make a reservation to eat here, otherwise you have to go out and find a place to eat by yourself. The afternoon tea is a bit shabby, just two plates of biscuits and a pot of tea. The breakfast is perfect, especially the locally made dumplings are very delicious! The proprietress is also very warm and beautiful🤩very pet-friendly! Still a great place worth recommending👍!

To be honest, if you are considering the comfort of staying and the leisurely feeling of vacation, this homestay is not suitable. On the Panshan Highway, the traffic is almost impossible to reach unless you drive by yourself. There is nothing to eat around. Is the 368 local chicken soup set prepared by the store right? Tujiajia can only ask themselves. It is very suitable for those who have fun with dogs, and they can run casually on the lawn ~ but if you want to have a good meal, sleep and lie down for a leisurely vacation, this homestay is far less suitable than the five-star hotels in the urban area. There is no shower curtain for bathing. The so-called hot spring private bath is a fully open outdoor bathtub, and there is no natural hot spring that only gives you a bathing ball... In addition, you will be woken up by the crowing of chickens after five o'clock ~ it is best to have mentally prepare
