前台態度很好，進房間窗簾會自動拉上!而且是全智能房間!小度會自己先放歌，也有牌子寫上小度怎麼使用!~很驚喜這個價格能住上智能酒店!!環境衞生和燈光也很好!衞生間的鏡子還有補光燈。麻雀雖小，五臟俱全。總體體驗感很好。

我們去房間裏面發現房間特別小，是個角落房，特別壓抑，廁所特別大窗户幾乎沒有了，我們就打電話問前台能不能換房，前台表示所有房型都一樣的都是這個樣子我們訂的這種，圖片上完全不符合，後面想着全部都這樣那好吧，第二天退房發現我們隔壁幾間全是大窗户合著就我們的不是唄，第二天看到非常不開心，主要我們也訴求了🐮，圖片那張就是衹有這間房的廁所在風景朝向，還特別大廁所

設施：有免費露天停車場，就在酒店後面。酒店才裝修，比較新，有語音控制，唯一不足就是空間有點小。衞生：乾淨，乾淨。
環境： 地處繁華位置，旁邊就是銅仁汽車客運站，河對面就是銅仁古城，周邊吃的也多，美食也多，出行十分便利，所以價格相對偏高。
服務：服務還可以。
特別感謝的是銅仁市久龍壹品酒店銅仁古城店，感受到銅仁人民的淳樸和熱情。導航導到了九龍壹品酒店，和前台溝通後才發現不是自己預訂酒店，前台小帥哥熱情的告訴我們預訂酒店的位置，出門怎麼走，並且給了免費的停車票，就沖這點，下次必須去他們家住！!！還有就是小孩走路上，一些熱情的美女輕聲的告訴孩子鞋帶散了，你看，好事都被我碰上了！
