Exceeding expectations of staying experience, strong push [Shanglin Hotel]!
Recently, due to a business trip, I stayed at Shanglin Hotel. This trip came down. I really feel that this hotel is impeccable in all aspects and must share it with everyone.
Environment: quiet in the middle of noisy, elegant and pleasant
The hotel is in a great location, with convenient transportation around, close to many popular business districts and attractions, and a few minutes walk to the subway station. It is convenient to go anywhere. However, even in a bustling area, it cleverly isolates the outside world, and when you step into the lobby, the quiet and elegant atmosphere comes. The lobby is exquisitely decorated and elegant, with a high design with gorgeous chandeliers, spacious and bright without losing style, and the classical and modern styles are perfectly integrated, making people shine.
The room was even more pleasant, the space layout was reasonable, and the lighting and ventilation were excellent. The bed was soft and comfortable, the pillows were moderately high and low, and lying on it was like falling into a cloud, and the fatigue of the day disappeared instantly. The bedding is clean and tidy, there is no smell, and the details show the hotel's intentions, such as the exquisite seams on the sheets and the intimate fixed belts by the corners, you can see the quality is extraordinary. Looking out from the window, the beautiful view of the city has a panoramic view, and the night on the first day of the Hualantern is even more unique.
Service: Attentive and thoughtful, home away from home
The service here is first-class. From the beginning of the check-in process, the front desk staff is enthusiastic, professional and efficient. Not only did they quickly arrange the room for me, but also introduced the hotel's facilities and surrounding play guides in detail. During the stay, room service was on call. I accidentally knocked over the water cup. After calling the housekeeping department, the staff came to clean it in less than five minutes with clean utensils, and asked me with concern if I had other needs. Sincere attitude, warm heart.
The hotel’s dining also impressed me. The buffet breakfast is rich and varied, covering a variety of Chinese and Western cuisines, from freshly baked bread, steaming porridge, to freshly made fried eggs, bacon, and a variety of fresh fruits, yogurt, each is delicious, to meet the taste needs of different people. The restaurant has an elegant environment, and the waiter will clean up the table in time to replenish food. The dining experience is very pleasant.
Facilities: complete and advanced, enjoyable
In terms of facilities, the hotel gym equipment is complete, whether it is aerobic exercise or strength training, you can find suitable equipment, and the environment is clean, the air circulation is good, even on the way to travel can easily maintain the exercise habits. The water quality of the swimming pool is crystal clear, the water temperature is suitable, and the body and mind are comfortable. For business travelers, the meeting room is equipped with advanced audio-visual equipment, the network is stable and high-speed, and the office is worry-free; the leisure area is comfortable and warm, a cup of coffee, a good book, and you can spend a pleasant time.
