Some receptionists know English and can help foreiners out. After checking in Xizha, you may follow the English on-site direction guides to your stays. Each homestay is numbered and has its number sign planted in front. At arrival, you should be welcomed by the host and received a breakfast order form. The host was most friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the tranquil night and early morning at Xizha, which many tours don't offer.

Booked two rooms at Waterside Resort for family of four. We had enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staffs are all helpful and friendly. Wuzhen is very beautiful and as we came at off peak season, got to enjoy photo taking with not much crowd around. Highly recommend Waterside Resort - the hotel with most rooms available within Wuzhen resort. 👍🏼

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Alila Wuzhen, and I can confidently say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. We stayed in the “Garden Suite King,” which was not only clean and spacious but also featured a stunning private garden that added a touch of tranquility to our stay. The hot bathtub was a delightful bonus, providing the perfect spot to unwind and relax The service at Alila Wuzhen was exceptional. Both the room service and front desk staff were incredibly responsive and helpful. The front desk took the time to carefully explain all the facilities to us, ensuring that we felt welcomed and well-informed throughout our stay One of the highlights of our trip was dining at the hotel’s Chinese restaurant. The food was fantastic, and the ambiance was enhanced by a stylish setting surrounded by bamboo. This thoughtful design created a sense of privacy for each table, making our dining experience even more enjoyable I was also pleased to discover that the gym is open 24 hours, which is a significant advantage for fitness enthusiasts. Additionally, the indoor swimming pool was kept at a warm temperature, allowing us to take a refreshing swim even during the chilly winter nights Lastly, the villa-type design of the hotel is simply breathtaking. Every corner is aesthetically pleasing, making it feel like a photo opportunity at every step. Overall, Alila Wuzhen exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return for another memorable stay!

Hotel is like a 10 minutes walk from Wuzhen scenic area (west part). Everything was fine, employees were very nice. They have a delivery robot which is convenient. It’s allowed to smoke in the room, so it had a bit of cigarette smell. Also toilet in the room has only a glass door, but it was not a major problem. In any case this seems to be the standard in Chinese hotels. Breakfast was okay, not many western options, but it was fine in general.

Have a very good travel experience with the assist of hotel staff 小史. She is very friendly and helpful, guided us some tourist hot spot. Hotel is clean, will visit again.

Very close to Wuzhen, about a five-minute walk. The owner is very considerate and will give you travel tips, especially reminding us not to be fooled by the tricycles at the door. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and it is also a smart toilet, which is very good.

The hotel has two buildings very close to each other. There is a parking space at the back, which is very convenient. It is a 10-minute walk from Xizha Scenic Area. The service attitude here is very good and warm. The room is very clean, the facilities and equipment are very useful, and the price is very good. Discount, very cost-effective, I like the environment here very much.

Very comfortable to stay in. Large and beautiful decorated reception area. The staff are friendly and helpful in particular the young and cheer staff Mr. Wing Ma, he is always ever ready in arranging for our transport and recommendations of scenic spots. We stayed in this hotel for Spring Festival. The location is great, in a quiet area of the water town but very close to the Main Street. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful view!
