Very nice place to stay in wuzhen. They provide free room upgrades as the period we went was during weekdays and no other tourists. They serve customers with smiley face.
The only con is that the water heater was malfunctioning on the day I stayed. This I have to use the bathroom in my friend's room.
But overall are good and high recommended to stay.

As soon as I entered the room, it was clean and tidy, and the layout was very warm, full of the soft atmosphere of the Jiangnan water town. The lady at the front desk was beautiful and kind, and spoke gently. She not only planned the tour route for us, recommended Dongzha to visit in the morning and Xizha to watch the light show at night, but also kindly reminded us of the time of the water market the next day.

The location is excellent! It takes 5 minutes to walk to Xizhalan, and you can reach Dongzhalan and Nanzhalan in minutes by renting a public electric car. There are convenience stores and restaurants in front. Convenient!

She told us that Dongzha was quiet and suitable for visiting attractions in the morning, while Xizha was lively with light shows from afternoon to evening. The cruise ships were also beautiful.
