Puyuan Resort Hotel

This is one of my favorite hotels in the past year. I need to stay in hotels often due to work, but I have stayed in regular hotels for a long time. In fact, the facilities are similar, but what I actually enjoy is the service. The service in this hotel is really impressive Their breakfast is available until 12 o'clock. It is a buffet before 10 o'clock. After 10 o'clock, snacks can be cooked in the kitchen. This is so friendly to lazy people. And the surrounding environment is so comfortable. I want to walk in the yard and bask in the sun every day🌞 Because the hotel is about ten minutes' drive from Puyuan and Wuzhen, it has a restaurant and afternoon tea. The Yunnan dishes prepared by Yunnan chefs are cheap and delicious. Woohoo. The last thing I want to share is that my friend and I stayed in this hotel for two nights and had the best sleep quality this year. The hotel covers a large area, so there are very few people. There was a super healing moment. One morning we had to go back to the hotel for lunch, but the lunch was not ready yet. I sat in the courtyard and basked in the sun. The housekeeper had finished his work in the morning and was playing the piano. The breeze was blowing in the courtyard and the sun was shining on my body and face in the room. The melodious sound of the piano was so melodious that I felt so happy at that moment. Later, my friend and I were taking photos on the roadside. The restaurant staff came over and asked us to have lunch. Wuwuwu, this is not a hotel at all. This makes people feel more at ease than home. Come again next time! Hope to come often! ! ! Really pet friendly hotel~ Since I was injured by a relatively popular hotel in Wuzhen two days ago (that is, the pet park and swimming pool can attract people...) I have basically no sense of service. I saw you dragging luggage of all sizes and pretended not to see you. Not to mention help, the courtyard in the room is simply an insect nest, and when the door is opened, it is densely packed with small flying insects... The whole room is very damp, even the quilt feels damp to the touch... I don’t know where to get so many good reviews about Lightning Protection Bar. Come here, the requirements are so low...😂😂 I really couldn't stay one more day...so I quickly looked for a new hotel nearby, and I really found a treasure hotel~the environment is not a problem~! The rooms on the first floor all have a large yard, which is especially suitable for bringing puppies~ The car can be parked directly next to the large lawn in front of the hotel. We were going out for a long time this time, so we brought a lot of luggage. It was still quite a distance from the parking place to the room. It was raining heavily when we checked in that day, so the staff would He helped pick up the luggage with a trolley and then helped us push it to the room. It was really great to smile the whole time~! The room definitely matches the picture and text~! There are floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides~the curtains and screens are all electric, giving a full sense of ritual when you wake up in the morning~the shower head has a large water outlet and the water temperature is adjustable. The bathroom brands are all Kohler, and the shower gel and shampoo are made with sandalwood made by the hotel. The smell is very good~ The tone of the whole hotel makes people feel very comfortable~ Breakfast is served for 4 hours, which is especially friendly to those who have difficulty getting up~ You can bring your puppy with you in restaurants and coffee breaks. Of course, you must keep a leash and take care of your children🐶...~You can order food inside the hotel, and you can make a reservation with the butler in advance~ The attitude of the staff at the top and bottom of the hotel is very good. My house is relatively large, so I feel that they are a little scared and they keep a safe distance. Hahahahahahahahahaha, but it does not affect their attitude. They are still very good~ The only bug may be our own problem, hahaha. The hotel door will be locked after 12pm for safety reasons... We two night owls drove out to eat late night snacks and were locked out when we came back. It was very late and we didn't want to disturb the staff. ...You can only get in by climbing over the wall 😂😂 Don’t make a fuss if you check the hotel’s cameras in the future 😂😂

突如其來的遇見，始料不及的歡喜 自駕當晚決定臨時入住，酒店環境優雅，房間乾淨整潔，管家熱情温暖，服務更是無可挑剔，是一家適合於從繁忙的都市中抽離自己，獨自靜心的世外桃源

設施：很完善的設施 衞生：整體衞生情況較好 環境：非常舒適的地方 讓一家人開心的過年。 服務：特別好，前台的兩個年輕人很有禮貌，忙碌於餐廳的幾位工作人員也都特別的好 濮度療愈:帶着媽媽體驗了一次療愈課，很特別的體驗，老師很好很耐心專業。

作為寵物友好酒店，濮院成為我們的選擇原因有三：1、2024年新開業，應該硬件設施是嶄新的；2、作為上海周邊，濮院的地理位置還是有優勢的；3、作為春節的選擇，是可以盡情地放煙花，體會久違的年味。 入住後的感受和建議有三：1、酒店所有工作人員的態度和服務都是超級nice和有耐心（特別是每天早餐期間不斷給我們加米線和荷包蛋的兩位小哥和全程在線的管家小姑娘），特別特別點贊（足以彌補硬件上的部份不足）；2、作為一個不是連鎖或大型的酒店，硬件和滿負荷時的全方位接待能力還有提升空間（晚間高峯熱水會供應不足），對於挑高較高的房間結構在冬季如果沒有地暖的話舒適度會感覺缺口氣）；2、3、作為周邊飯店不多的酒店，做好自己的晚餐其實是提升自身特色與競爭力的要件，這次體驗感欠缺，可考慮加強該版塊業務。
