想去桐鄉烏鎮玩，在攜程上看到對維也納評價不錯果然沒讓我們失望，進前台前台彬彬有禮，工作認真負責，樓層高風景好 ，客房服務員服務很好多拿了幾瓶水，服務真的熱情，看點評有些説服務的還以為會踩雷，沒想到價格很實惠服務還很好

設施：老舊，和圖片天壤之別
衞生：差，地毯臟兮兮的，衞生間漏水
環境：從來沒住過這麼差的酒店
老是出差，各個地方的維也納住過很多次了，桐鄉這個是最差的👎
設施老舊不説，衞生間洗臉盆下水管是漏的，一放水就到處流
枕頭也是軟塌塌的，沒有任何形狀，睡的頸椎不舒服
被子也很薄，開了空調又很吵，睡不着，關了空調又冷
還不隔音，晚上KTV 很吵，早上馬路汽車聲音太大
前台也不説早餐是幾點到幾點，早上9點起來，洗漱完準備吃早餐，發現九點就結束了，誰家酒店9點就沒早餐了

房間老舊，空調也不行，太吵根本睡不着。酒店周圍沒有飯店，房間沒有充電器，酒店也不提供充電器，非要下去大廳掃充電寶。衞生太差，床單還有血漬，污漬，客房領導都不檢查的嗎？給前台打電話，電話也打不通。酒店店長解決問題也是推三阻四，拖拖拉拉，不推薦入住!

房間基本和照片一樣，店內裝修風格很時尚，簡約又有點小特色，拍照很好看，環境很好，交通便利，離地鐵站很近很方便，有免費停車場，房間很乾凈温馨，房間裏有免費的水和茶包，床睡得很好，床墊舒適，窗簾遮光效果好，酒店比較新，設施設備齊全，有機器人送物足不出户很方便！前台服務態度很好，辦理入住退房手續快，入住體驗感很好！以後有機會還來！很好！

説實話房間還是可以的，挺大的，但是淋浴頭壞了會濺水，早餐不錯，但是服務基本上為0，尤其是那個女前台，拽的跟什麼一樣，定的兩晚上也不跟清潔阿姨説，早上睡得好好的，就來敲門打掃衞生，我説我們住的兩晚上，阿姨説前台搞錯了，然後第二天下午本來三點鐘的高鐵票，打算兩點退房的，結果一點二十就來打電話催，從來沒見過這麼奇葩的。
