The room is wide, the layout is unique, the bed is large, the bedding is comfortable, and it is relatively quiet. But the temperature of the air conditioner is fixed and cannot be adjusted. 1.衞生：大家看一下圖，這還是我拍的部分酒店衞生情況，這個水龍頭臟成這樣子，上面還有很明顯的毛髮粘黏。讓客房服務來打掃一下，他們説晚上沒有保潔人員了，需要等到第二天。
2.設施條件：
一、浴室衹有頂上的蓮噴頭，沒有手持花灑可以用，且不提供浴帽。問過酒店人員，説所有房間都是這樣的浴室設施。
二、衞生間洗手盆的下水管道是漏的，後面聯繫服務員換了房間。換到房間一樣很臟的房間，如下圖。
三、空調老舊，製冷效果差。我們進房間後開了快三個小時了，才覺得沒那麼熱了。
3.服務：因為酒店是沒有給電卡的，衹給一張房卡的，空調的製冷效果太差，我們衹好留房卡插着以維持空調持續可以運作。我們外出回來後想再要一張房卡進房，前台説滿房了沒有多餘的卡，讓樓層管理的大叔給我們開門，上樓後大叔找到我們就先劈頭蓋臉質問我們出門怎麼會不帶房卡！！！態度極差……晚上更換房間，確認更換後，我有致電前台確認更換，以及希望酒店房可以安排打掃。前台人員自己沒有理解我的意思，以為本次通話衹是拒絕了我今晚的打掃要求，而我並沒有告知他確認換房，過後又來電話陰陽怪氣地質問我為什麼換房了不和他確認，客房都有電話，打個電話不難吧……
以上~真的大家還是避個雷吧

一個本以為挺高端結果設施老舊的酒店。定的大床房，第一個房間洗澡噴頭全方位噴水，換了個房間以後發現，整個酒店的淋浴衹有頂棚花灑沒有手持，帶孩子不方便。馬桶沖水突然也壞了，嘯叫聲震耳欲聾。房間裏的固定電話也撥不通

房間有一股木板老舊的味道，實物與圖片不符，工作人員態度很強硬，一開始説要退房間她説不讓退，我們問了是不是攜程的問題還是你們酒店規定的，她就説了一句反正就是不給退的，後面又一直在強辯説房間沒味道，叫她上去聞一下就很兇的説樓下就我一個人啊我上去了樓下怎麼辦？請問你們酒店晚上就你一個人難道是我的問題嗎？語氣好像是我逼你上去一樣？雖然房間沒多少錢，但是同樣的價格在這塊地區這是我住過最差的，後面警察來了她才打印了一份單子上面寫的很清楚是攜程方的閃住規定，所以你一開始告訴我們了至於鬧成這樣嗎？奉勸酒店方看清員工的辦事能力以及交流態度。

房間衞生非常不好 前台素質很低 態度極差 問她有沒有垃圾桶都不耐煩的説 還有辦入住效率超級低 真的服了 體驗感極差 全是灰塵 而且窗簾拉不嚴 早上被太陽光刺醒了 而且床單發黃看起來很不乾淨
