I’m really happy with the experience of living in this hotel. The service you get here is on top, especially for such comfortable price. The reception administrator deserves a special mention: when we asked how to get to the Wuzhen scenic area, he ordered a taxi for us and covered the fee himself. When we were hungry and wanted to order some food, but the restaurant we have chosen didn’t do the delivery to our hotel, he ordered the food to the another spot in 200 meters from the hotel and went there to get our delivery himself. He’s a great person and professional 👏 Thank you a lot, you made our stay a pleasure!
I can also say that the location is quite close to the scenic area, which was important for us as tourists. The design of the hotel and our room particularly is modern and photogenic :) All the workers are nice and helpful people. The only negative moment is that we found some black hairs in the room, but in general the room was clean and comfy.
In conclusion, I can recommend you this hotel and will recommend it to my friends coming to Wuzhen 😊

The room is clean and sanitary. It would be better if the shower water temperature could be more stable.
The hotel is 1.2 kilometers away from the Xizha Scenic Area. If you are not in a hurry, you can stroll along the way. There are many snack shops and Hanfu Halls along the way.

It's a little far from the entrance of the scenic spot, but they helped me get a taxi to the entrance for free. The facilities are good. There is no TV but there is a projector. The room was very clean and the things were complete. The owner and the lady were very enthusiastic and would answer any questions you might have. You can come and experience it if you come here. The lady at the front desk was very nice. She helped me with my suitcase and recommended good value for money Hanfu costumes for photo taking. She also helped me take photos.
