The front desk lady was very kind, tried her best to talk to us in English and gave us few written instructions on how to visit the local sightseeing. The hotel rooms have the standard Chinese utilities so it wasn't so comfortable.

雖然給我升級到了行政套房，房間大到我都快找不到哪個是去卧室的門了。但是仍然要説這些設施太陳舊了，最嚴重的是充電口有問題，很鬆，一晚上都充不進多少電量。
現在亞朵都有 type C 口了，這個一直承接大型企業活動的大酒店竟然不配備這些必備的充電口也是匪夷所思的！打電話給前台要個充電線都被生硬的拒絕了！可見酒店前台管理方面還是非常欠缺的！
衞浴硬件我沒有用，浴缸不想用，應用的洗手枱枱麪卻很窄，洗漱品盒子裏，衹有牙膏牙刷和梳子浴帽，但是棉簽卻沒有！
房門沒有防盜鏈！
出門在外，要的是手機的電能讓我充滿，網絡好用，房間設施要安全，這些都沒有！

烏鎮戲劇節引八方來客，來到烏鎮這個令人驚歎的古鎮。主辦方的推薦住到黃金水岸，看得出曾經輝煌，現在仍顯氣派，設備硬件保養得還不錯。服務和二樓中餐都很不錯！頂層吧有機會要去打卡，值得！離西柵景區打車幾元十來分鐘搞定，十分便捷。住得舒服

酒店挺好，就是餐食早上結束太早，我九點多才起來，還好去了讓打出來坐那吃，要不然錯過了早餐了，前台服務態度特別好，去的時候還給我這次一老一小升級了房間，特價還有兩杯咖啡贈送，樓上咖啡廳還可以打卡。真的不錯，走時候還給了伴手禮！
