The hotel was excellent. The check in process in the Scenic Area ticket office was very smooth and the complimentary boat ride to the hotel made it really easy to get there.
The rooms are fabulous and the staff were very helpful, making a great effort to try to speak English to assist us.
Ms 余敏 Yu Min from reception was super helpful and really went above and beyond to make our stay great!
Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

在烏鎮景區內相對來説酒店空間設施都還不錯，而且在景區內部出門遊玩很方便。服務也還可以，衞生細節需要再注意一些。

總體還可以，核心景區內，出門就是古鎮，推開酒店老舊大門，裏面風格迥然不同。酒店裝修風格整體上檔次，大玻璃窗視野不錯。
問題:
1、衞生:床頭地毯污漬明顯，床底灰塵結球。
2、服務:總體還好吧，畢竟價位在這裏，配置了管家服務，但管家服務水平和質量中規中矩，衹是做好本職工作而已，沒有什麼驚艷或特別之處。
3、這個價位的酒店應該標配電動馬桶，然而沒有。
4、一樓自家的酒店，沒有住店客人優先用餐的待遇，和外部遊客一樣需要排隊。即使預約了，到了也還要等，住店客人對酒店自有資源體驗感稍差。

錦堂地處算烏鎮西柵中心，步行去各處都比較方便。入住烏篷船接增加入鎮的儀式感。小李嘟嘟服務很周到，有求必應，讓人賓至如歸。家庭房兩居設計合理，居家感強。窗外荷塘龍田美景，適宜休閑。

這次入住烏鎮錦堂行館，最驚喜的就是遇到了管家小沈！從我們到店開始，他的貼心就無處不在——提前幫我們確認好停車位置，搬行李時手腳麻利又細心，還主動介紹了酒店裡那些藏着故事的老物件，瞬間讓我們對這家有年代感的行館多了份親近。
住店期間，不管是問烏鎮的遊覽路線，還是想找家地道的菜館，小沈總能給出超實用的建議。離店時還細心提醒我們帶好隨身物品，甚至提前查好了天氣，叮囑我們路上注意安全。
這種像朋友一樣的周到，讓整個烏鎮之行都暖乎乎的。錦堂行館的古韻讓人難忘，而小沈的服務，更讓這份難忘多了份温度，必須給個大大的贊！
