It was my first time to Wuzhen. I searched for many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose Yida Silk Hotel. I was not disappointed. Both the environment and service were first-class. The one-to-one butler service was also very meticulous. The beautiful butler Xiao Ai helped us with our luggage and gave us detailed explanations. She was always responsive to our requests. It was a pity that I only stayed for one night due to limited time. I will stay at Yida Silk Hotel again next time. 😃

The experience of staying at Wuzhen Yida Silk Industry Guild Hall was really great! From the moment I stepped into the guild hall, I was deeply attracted by the rich Jiangnan water village style here. The building retains the elegant style of traditional silk culture, with white walls, black tiles, and wooden carvings. Every detail is full of historical charm, as if traveling back to the old Wuzhen. The room is warm and exquisitely decorated, the bedding is comfortable and soft, and the facilities are complete and clean. I especially like the scenery outside the window. I can see the small bridge and flowing water when I open the window. It is a real pleasure to wake up in the morning with the sound of gurgling water and fall asleep in the quiet night at night. We brought Xiaobao to stay with us for three days this time. The housekeeper Xiao Wu thoughtfully prepared pillows and bathrobes for the baby. Fresh fruits are added every day when cleaning. The service of the staff is also worthy of praise. They are friendly and enthusiastic. They take the initiative to help carry luggage, introduce local food and attractions, and also thoughtfully prepare a travel guide to Wuzhen. The location of the guild hall is also very convenient. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the Xizha Scenic Area. You can come back to rest at any time when you are tired. Overall, this accommodation experience far exceeded my expectations. The housekeeper Xiao Jiang had already taken us in from the guest channel and rowed a boat to the hotel's private dock. I saw the beautiful spring scenery of Wuzhen all the way. It was so beautiful. Even my 13-year-old daughter said, "Mom, can we come here again next year? It's so beautiful here." Xiao Jiang provided thoughtful service throughout the whole process. Even the request for takeout was no problem. You place an order and they run to help you deliver it to the room. It's great! My daughter wants to drink milk, and it's delivered immediately! It's hot milk! My daughter said she was so touched and heartwarming! The breakfast is also delicious, with steaming hot dishes in a single-point order, including bird's nest porridge, bird's nest cereal. The hotel is very quiet in the scenic area, and the best camera positions for travel photography are all around. There are flowers in the barthroom, as well as direct drinking water. It's thoughtful everywhere, and it's so nice to live.

Xizha (Yida Silk Industry Hall) is definitely the highest standard hotel in Wuzhen. From reception to check-in, the private butler Xiao Wan is very attentive. He personally makes tea for the guests and serves them with special cakes. He also makes reservations for the preferences for the next morning's meals in advance. At noon, the hotel's royal boat takes us to the center of the ancient town where we want to visit... very attentive. Of course, the most praiseworthy thing is the hotel's own antique hardware conditions, the mansion courtyard... the experience of staying in dignitaries. Each room is very spacious and comfortable, and the toiletries are almost L'Occitane standard. The ********* guests who were received this time were quite satisfied. It was surprising that the hardware configuration of Zhejiang ancient towns far exceeds that of many countries!

When going to the main street, the housekeeper will also help call a car and assist in locating the restaurant to get a number. But the disadvantage is that the battery car belongs to the entire scenic area. The hotel does not have an independent battery car, which means that the housekeeper can only pull the luggage on the flatbed car to pick up the luggage at the parking lot, and tourists can only walk. For a hotel at this price, the experience is not very good, but it is estimated that this should be a problem of unified management of the scenic area. The road from the battery car station in the scenic area to the main street is a bit difficult for the elderly in wheelchairs, so tourists with wheelchairs may need to consider it. Speaking of breakfast, I went there during the Qingming Festival, so it was not a set meal, but a semi-buffet breakfast. The breakfast tasted very good, but compared with the hotels and resorts of the same price of 3-4k, there are indeed not many categories. It may be because the number of guest rooms is not large overall, and too many categories are not cost-effective. If I go to Wuzhen again, I will still choose this hotel. It is still necessary to live comfortably when going out to play. I also hope that the overall management of Wuzhen will arrange a separate battery car that can drive to the parking lot since a dedicated parking lot has been arranged for luxury hotels. The management fee generated by luxury hotels is still worth the increase in room prices corresponding to the service experience, and guests will be willing to pay for it. One more wordy sentence, luxury hotels have dedicated parking lots, so can't there be dedicated entrances?
