This is my second time staying at Yida. It is a perfect hotel. The facilities, landscape and room layout are very stylish. The service is perfect. Last time I stayed at Yida for birthday decoration. This time I was traveling with my parents. They tried their best to meet all the requirements and exceeded them. Although there were many people in Wuzhen during the Spring Festival, I didn’t feel crowded at all because I stayed at Yida. I could enjoy the quiet Wuzhen in the morning and evening. If I have the opportunity to come to Wuzhen next time, I will definitely stay at Yida again.

The service of this hotel is really impeccable! From check-in to check-out, every link makes people feel comfortable and considerate. The hotel has complete facilities and the rooms are cleaned in time. The hotel also provides free pick-up service, which is very convenient. The waiters are friendly, especially the housekeepers Xiao Ai and Xiao Wan, who provide meticulous service. We originally booked the Silk Industry Hall, but it needed maintenance before the festival, so we were arranged to stay at the Jintang Inn in the scenic area. Although... I was very satisfied in the end. We were given fruit and sweet soup when we checked in, and we were arranged to soak our feet when we returned to the Inn at night... Especially the staff in the Inn, Xiao Zhong who picked us up, Xiao Liu who sent us off... and those whose surnames I don't know, everyone was very warm and thoughtful, and I felt very warm. When I left, I didn't buy the Dingsheng cake that was lined up next door. After sending us on the boat, they helped us line up to buy it and sent it to the exit of the scenic area. I was very touched!

The Silk Industry Hall was under renovation, so we were arranged to stay at Hengyi Hall this time, and we were upgraded to a two-bedroom suite. I was a little skeptical about this place before I came (because it had 0 negative reviews, I thought it was fake), but after staying here, I can 100% understand why it had 0 negative reviews. I think this is the best service and hygiene among all the hotels I have stayed in at home and abroad, so it is worth it. First of all, the housekeeper Gesang was very hardworking and responsible. He came to the parking lot to pick us up on a winter night, and then accompanied us to the hotel by car; the next day we took a boat to see us off. When we arrived at the destination, we saw that the housekeeper Gesang was already waiting for us there, and he helped carry the luggage to the car. The whole process was very thoughtful and heartwarming. Secondly, the hotel prepared a foot bath and medicine bag that night, and the fruit tea snacks were all very exquisite. The housekeeper helped us order breakfast the night before, and the breakfast was served quickly the next day, and the breakfast was very rich. Sitting by the window, you can enjoy the scenery of Wuzhen, which is very comfortable. The hotel is quiet in the bustling city. In the autumn and winter seasons, the hotel's green plants are beautiful, and the fragrance in the store is woody, which smells comfortable and not pungent. If you are traveling with family or friends, please choose Hengyitang, it is worth the trip. Because it is autumn and winter and time is in a hurry, I can't experience the breakfast on the boat. Next time I will choose spring and summer to come again and experience the breakfast on the boat and the singing bowl.

Booked Yidasi and changed to Jintang family room. Great location and great service. Xiaoyu provides considerate service with a smile. Not bad👍

Due to the renovation of the Silk Industry Hall, the customer service coordinated for us to stay at Hengyitang Hotel for one night. We didn't have high expectations but it was unexpectedly good. From the meals to the service, the butler Xiao Deng and his colleagues did an impeccable job ~ It was a pleasant trip to Wuzhen.
