The town perhaps only truly feels serene in the early mornings and evenings, when crowds are largely absent. Day-trippers will likely miss the best times, when ambling around the ancient town becomes a quieter, contemplative affair. I went to Wuzhen for two days, one night with four people and stayed in the homestay with scenic view for one night, four Xizhamen, boating, morning tea, mostly cost-effective. You need to make an appointment to have breakfast here. The breakfast was well presented. We ate, sat down and stayed for a long time.

Hotel is like a 10 minutes walk from Wuzhen scenic area (west part). Everything was fine, employees were very nice. They have a delivery robot which is convenient. It’s allowed to smoke in the room, so it had a bit of cigarette smell. Also toilet in the room has only a glass door, but it was not a major problem. In any case this seems to be the standard in Chinese hotels. Breakfast was okay, not many western options, but it was fine in general.

The folk hygiene is pretty good and clean. The boss is also very enthusiastic. I forgot to take pictures of the indoor environment. It has a leisurely small balcony. The fish in the fish pond are very cute. It is very close to the scenic area and you can walk to Xizha in a few minutes.

If you want to come to Wuzhen but don't want to stay in the scenic area, this hotel is a very good choice. It is cheap and very close to Wuzhen, about 10 minutes by taxi. The room is clean, the environment is good, and it is quiet. They also arranged a room upgrade for me. The hotel facilities are sufficient. There is nothing to complain about. The price-performance ratio is very high

Because I stayed there more than once last year during the Spring Festival during the New Century, and the experience was quite good, I booked it in advance this year. Unfortunately, this time it was a bit disappointing. The room was small, and the refrigerator was broken and was left behind by the previous guest. Drinks and cleaning were a little sloppy. I went out in the morning and asked the front desk to take special care of me. When I came back in the evening, the old problem still existed. The cups were not washed and the tea bags were not added. I brought a big DQ birthday cake and handed it to the hotel to refrigerate and it was already there when I wanted to eat it. I am speechless😓

The location is excellent, only 350 meters away from the Xizha entrance. It can be said to be one of the B&B hotels closest to the attractions. There is free parking. There is an elevator in the store🛗, and the store service is very good. He also taught us how to visit Xizha Scenic Area and avoid pitfalls. It’s super convenient to order takeout outside the scenic area and there are many store options around.

It is very convenient to park nearby. There is a parking lot next to the homestay, and you can enter the homestay directly through the small door. The room is clean and tidy, the style is simple, it is very suitable for taking pictures. The homestay also comes with a small swimming pool where you can swim at night.

The rooms at Kaiyuan Hotel are simply the best! 🏨 The room is big enough to hold a party, and it is as clean as new. It is hard to bear to leave. The breakfast is so rich that it will take a whole morning to taste all the food! The service is also impeccable. The smiles of the staff seem to have healing power, which makes people feel good instantly. Coupled with the fresh air and charming smell, it is simply a five-star experience! This hotel simply meets all my needs perfectly!

The hotel is only 5 mins by walking to East gate of Wuzhen, many restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The hotel look very new with morden facilities, spacious room but do not have minibar. Highly recommend. If you are traveller and want to use free hotel wifi , they request for local phone number to receive code to access. I was impressive with the washlet toilet.

The room is very spacious and clean. The environment is super nice. There is a place to rest and drink tea. It is also very close to Wuzhen Scenic Area. The boss said it is within walking distance, and it is indeed within a few minutes. The service attitude of the guy at the front desk is also very good, and he helped to carry the luggage upstairs.
