Its our 2nd time in Wuzhen, so we prefer staying a night is the best way or the only way for tourist to enjoy wonders of Wuzhen Watertown. This hotel is located inside the watertown so you have the privilege to roam till late and as early in the morning. Since its our first time staying in the hotel, we are not aware that the hotel has 2 entrances. We checked in at the common area, while our luggages will be transported to our designated hotels, since we only had a day to explore, without dropping to our hotel we go straight to the West part of Wuzhen water town. This time we almost finish the whole area, and we felt so amazed with bands singing inside restaurants, and it turned out so well. During the day, you can enjoy the old stone alley. We stayed in East gate, one unit has 3 rooms, 1 on the 1st floor (which we had), while 2 more rooms upstairs. Ground floor has a common area for morning tea time. We choose the lower ground since it has balcony overlooking a part of the watertown. While for the room, definitely its expected to be old style, but its clean, with typical Chinese decor of 4 posts bed frame, which practically makes the room a bit crowded. Breakfast is typical buffet type, good taste. Servers are very efficient, since guests coming in continuously. They're so attentive as soon as you finished your food, they'll surely cleans your plate out. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

It's no exaggeration to say that I will definitely recommend ALILA Hotel WuZhen to my friends if they have plans to travel to Jiaxing. From the moment I arrived the hotel, I felt the warm welcome from the front desk staff. I was really enjoying the warm welcome drinks, fresh pear juice provided by the check-in lobby. In particular, thanks to Sherry, the receptionist, who contacted me in advance before my arrival and kindly reminded me that thick clothes need to be prepared for the local cooling. The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. I was greatly moved and surprised by the exquisite welcome amenity prepared on the table in the room. There are delicate and delicious macarons, fresh fruit plates prepared with care, a bottle of fine red wine, afternoon patisserie with Zhejiang characteristics, and even a welcome letter handwritten by General Manager Nick. I can feel that Alila's staff really treat guests with true heart. I still want to thank a boy who worked in the hotel bar. I'm sorry that I forgot his name. He patiently took beautiful photos of me on the afternoon of my arrival, recording my wonderful moment in the Alila Hotel. I really enjoy the relaxing time in the bar of this hotel. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good. They cared about each guest on the scene and asked each guest what song they wanted to listen to in a friendly and warm manner. I was really immersed in relaxing and drinking there. The breakfast in the hotel is well-done. The food quality and taste are very good. The breakfast choices are very rich. The only disadvantage is that the skin of shrimp dumplings is too thick. Alex, the Director of Food and Beverage, actively inquired about our stay experience and personally served us with care. The service was very good. He knew that we felt too hot when sitting outdoors and quickly helped us transfer to the indoor table near the window. When I was checking out, the front desk staff treated us warmly as always, and gave me a sleeping pillow spray and a wash and care package as a parting gift, which greatly moved me again. Compared to the next hotels I stayed in on this trip, the hotel that impressed me the most was definitely the Alila Hotel, with its superb service.

The hotel room is clean and spacious. Hotel staff are friendly and provide good service. This is my first time travel to China, and this is the first hotel I had stayed in China. I’m impressed with this experience.

The room is not big, but very clean and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is also OK. There is a baby park where the baby can play for a while. It is close to the scenic spot and very convenient to go to Xizha. It is quite suitable for family travel. The baby fell in the locker room of the swimming pool and got a little injured. It was caused by my carelessness. The hotel prepared band-aids for us, which is very considerate. Thank you☺️

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit the Wuzhen historical site. The facilities are top-notch, and the rooms are well-maintained. The breakfast options are excellent. The hotel is located in a quiet area within the historical district, offering beautiful scenery. This allows you to enjoy a peaceful morning inside the historical district. While it is not the cheapest option in the area, it is definitely worth the price.

This hotel is conveniently located about 200m to the east gate entrance. The rooms are big and well maintained. The bed big and comfortable. Since it was off season we got a really good deal. The breakfast even had bread, croissants, butter, jam and drinkable real coffee. There is also a pool which even had water!

Inspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious ”Business Room” in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath. There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty). Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb. The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet. Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the ”all you can eat” buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.) Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.) There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests” for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.

I booked last minute but I was so so lucky to book this hotel. The staff were all so nice and friendly, even they cannot speak English but they were always willing to help me anytime. The location is super good, just 5 steps to the town. The room is nice, they even get the water purifier machine - which I was so suprised. The smell like tea too. Very cosy and friendly - it's 100% worth for the price. I definitely book again for my next trip

🙌I am international guest and this is my own experience in this hotel .I would say mainly 3 things about my experience 1️⃣location: this hotel is not having 10 out of 10 location because it’s kind of hard for you to find Boba tea shop b/c it far away from the center 🥲🤣 2️⃣cleaness and Amenties: this hotel was giving me the feeling of a new and clean ,beautiful design hotel 💗.I really love the restaurant of this hotel because it has a lot of really delicious food even though my families is asian and they are not eating Chinese food much because it too oily and spicy 😅but we just fall in love with this restaurant .we especially love the lobster tofu and the vegetable soup🦞🤤 3️⃣ last but not least , their services and the enthusiasm of the receptionist - a young Chinese lady & a tall ,good English men, a Chinese men. they are all really friendly and always try to put effort to help us : to carry luggages, to explain when we ask where we should go to visit and what the food we should eat in the restaurant I just mentioned above, even though some of them are not speaking English but they still trying to translate for us because the menu is all Chinese. 💟🥇🥇✅My cousin bought 2 cakes but luckily he just paid for 1 because the seller said buy 1 get 1 free😚🤤 ❤️🩹before we check out the hotel , my sister was wearing contact lens but she forgot eyes drop . one of the lovely receptionist drove her by his own car to the shop and help her to buy the eyes drop. She told me she’s been many 5 🌟 hotels but this one is incredible and deserve receive more guest and popularity. 😚lastly the receptionist help us to booked a car for my family five people and some big luggages . this review is so long but I have to mention that the driver is also really enthusiasm . he drove us 1 hour 30 minutes to the skiing place. this is the first time we going to this place so he also helped us . finally he drove us 4 hours to our new hotel in Shanghai .He deserved the tips guys. 🥺 ME AND MY FAMILY LOVE THIS EDEN PLATINUM hotel SO MUCH , just a little bit mistake from the beginning is there is no one help us with our luggages when we first enter the hotel, then i asked them for help and they still so willing to do . i was so shock at first but everything was much better so i would still rate 9.5/10.

The parent-child room is quite unique, with two beds, one large and one small. The hotel is in a good location, right outside the East Gate and close to the West Gate. The front desk is very enthusiastic and will help recommend tourist routes and restaurants that locals like to eat. It's just that there were too many people in the West Gate during the New Year, and the experience was average. We went to Puyuan the next day. It might be raining, there were fewer people, and the scenery was beautiful. I highly recommend it. In addition, it may be because of the New Year. The hotel price is not low, and the breakfast variety is relatively small, which does not match the hotel price positioning.
