如果有洗浴的需求，入住性價比高。前台有個班的美女，人挺漂亮但心術不正，面帶笑容的有意為難客人，讓人很噁心，真心建議這家店的老闆開除她，絕對影響生意！我陸續會經常到通榆，但因為這個人的行為，噁心到我，可能不會再到這家店了

房間比較寬敞，到了才知道是洗浴中心。都沒有瓶水。要喝水自己買，三元一瓶。辦理入住也很麻煩。早餐太簡單了。

環境：這個酒店實際的名字跟攜程不一致，實際名字是“丹頂鶴温泉洗浴會館”，就是東北的洗浴中心，二樓是客房，如果我知道這是家洗浴中心，應該是不會帶孩子定這裏的，好在人不算多，客房層還算安靜
衞生：衞生差，衞生間給的浴巾上面兩塊黃色的東西，浴巾、毛巾看上去都臟兮兮的
設施：可能因為樓下是洗浴中心，酒店默認所有人都會去一層洗浴，房間里居然沒有熱水……
服務：本來不涉及什麼服務，東北小城市酒店、賓館真的沒什麼服務可言，途徑住一晚，也不需要什麼服務。本來相安無事，一大早退房準備離開，帶着孩子在酒店大堂等家人往車裡裝行李，期間孩子想上廁所，門卡給前台了，然後説讓孩子去洗浴室裏麪衞生間，這之前全家在大堂退房、裝行李十幾分鍾，前台、給拿鞋的大姐都看到了，孩子上完廁所出來，全家上車正準備離開，孩子後面車門突然被拉開，一大媽衝著孩子喊“你結賬了嗎”？我們當時嚇一跳，我反問結什麼帳？還沒等反應過來，大媽又自言自語一句“哦，你們是房間客人嗎”…突然又把門又關上了……***服了，你就算誤會是洗浴裏出來的客人沒結賬，你不會敲敲玻璃詢問嗎？跟個**一樣一下就把車門拉開，什麼素質啊這是？你媽沒教過你什麼是禮貌和教養嗎

這家酒店就是洗浴中心加客房，不過住宿洗浴，辦理59的套票洗浴裏面包括足療，實屬坑人！足療師按摩不到10分鐘，按摩後還要用給其他客人用過的毛巾給擦腳，同時去洗浴的客人千萬不要到休息大廳休息，休息區昏暗，休息椅上的毛巾根本不是一客一換，吧枱稱休息椅上的毛巾2天了，衞生做的極差！態度惡劣，酒店自己錯了，不知認錯還覺得自己理直氣壯。
叫酒店老闆反應問題，俗稱自己是酒店老闆的人處理問題實屬不妥！
看似小問題，實屬大問題，管理疏漏，酒店員工態度惡劣！除了客房部其他服務極差

房間配套什麼的都中規中矩，畢竟價格挺便宜，就是啊，那個修腳師傅我恨你😤我這個腳腫了3天了，嗷嗷疼😣走道都走不穩，當時修的時候我真的很忍着了！我都咬着自己手忍着的，真的疼啊，下次客户受不了就別修那塊了唄，或者你感覺有問題你可以問一下疼不疼啊。事後雖然消毒了，還是感染了，且注意！
