平台矇蔽了客人的雙眼，故意抬高評分外地客人入住，房間無窗，像個洗腳房的房間，地毯到處是煙燙印，無洗簌用品，床單翻面又鋪在床上，重複使用，還有蟲，酒店設施環境與價格不匹配，停車也不是很方便，進出都要喊前台錄車牌，開桿子，最多值100元，平台報價160元。奉勸遊客千萬要問清楚再下單。

總體來説，是一次很好的入住。 首先，從位置上來説，這家酒店是非常不錯的。它位於高速收費站邊以及高鐵站旁，附近有很多接地氣的小吃和大牌餐飲。衹需走不遠就能到達商圈，出行非常方便。 對於住宿體驗來説，衞生間和淋浴間都還好，空調也很足。

位置很好找，很方便就在桐梓高速收費站旁邊，衞生蠻好的，床品和拖鞋是辦入住手續時候給的消毒過的，前台人員蠻好的，有什麼疑惑都會解決，入住要交100按金，退房會退，二樓的公共區域蠻好的，很安靜很舒適，衞生間設施齊全，沐浴露洗髮水吹風機都有，交通方便，又挨着風情街，旁邊就是桐梓旅遊景點，對於遊玩來説是比較方便的

設施：我訂的單間，房間比較小，但是基礎設施都很全，一兩人住的話，足夠滿足基本需求。 隔音效果將就，住客整體素質都很高，晚上睡眠時間都很安靜。
衞生： 窗台角落什麼的可能會有點灰塵，但不影響，整體的衞生環境乾淨整潔，也沒有異味。
環境：地理位置非常好，下樓走出去，對面就是商場和電影院，不管是下樓逛街，還是在季度點外賣都很方便。 酒店二樓大廳有休息空間，哦，對了，還有洗衣機，住宿的時間短，沒有使用，但整體氛圍都很好，很適合年輕人。
服務：服務態度很好，前台的小哥哥小姐姐們解決旅客的問題時都很有耐心。 女生獨自旅行的話，在這很有安全感

非常滿意。第二次入住了 喜歡他們家的風格。適合我們這樣的小情侶去住。免費停車，還有早餐。雖然我有可能起不來。但是可見他們的服務很好。下次有機會一定嘗一下他們的早餐。另外誇一下空調，製冷效果真好，而且距離很高，出風不對着人，聲音也很安靜。 環境優美，沙發椅很舒服。工作人員服務很熱情，覺得很貼心。有機會還會再次來入住的。謝謝你們的服務。
