老舊破真的，門鎖壞的，房卡像紙片，空調製熱很慢，讓服務員給我找一個安靜的邊房間，然後給了一個路邊靠窗的房間很吵很吵，屋裡很多黴

酒店環境優雅，房間舒適，設備齊全，酒店也服務周到。周邊有KTV和各類餐飲，娛樂飲食都很方便。緊鄰桐梓東站，出差很便捷，還有桐城記憶就在附近，交通十分便捷，洗澡也是水流很大，洗的通透感覺煥然一新。酒店人員熱情好客。

這家酒店的服務真不錯，工作人員特別熱情。房間住着很舒服，沒有怪味，陽光也挺好的。洗澡水特別大，感覺很爽。而且位置超好，就在桐梓東站旁邊，算是縣城的中心了，去哪兒都挺方便的。

很乾凈的房間。衞生做的很好、房間很不錯、主要是這裏很方便、可以免費停車、前台服務員也很熱情、問什麼都會解答的很清楚、有什麼需要打電話服務員也能很快回應並解決、這一點做的不錯、而且還免費給我升房了、來這裏幾次了、第一次點評、每次來都住他家酒店、對這裏都很熟悉了、哈哈

第一次來到桐梓，入住了鑫成大酒店，感覺還行，酒店服務員很可以，服務特別不錯，還怕城中心停車不方便，來了還可以免費停車，桐梓東站很近，逛了一圈桐梓的旅遊景點從酒店出發以很進，晚上出去逛耍很熱鬧，酒店環境空氣很好，不感到壓抑，房間好大，走廊又寬，價格便宜，下次一定在來
