Managers Karen and Alan are very rude and unpleasant.They send unprofessional messages when they are not even on duty.There is piles of mulch in the carpark and oil stains everywhere.Gardens are full of weeds and messy.Not a great place to stay.

Managers Alan an Karen Hartley are so unprofessional and are unreasonable and rude.Gardens are untidy and rubbish everywhere.Bins are forgeded through.No disability parking and only 8 visitor carparks for the whole complex!Wouldn't waste the money they are asking for what it is.

Toowong Villas are conveniently located close to public transportation, shopping, and restaurants. The grounds are well kept and the staff is very friendly. Our apartment was ok, had everything we needed. It was very outdated and not very clean when we arrived. It was located on the top floor, and first we had to walk down some steps before going up the stairs, which was not very convenient with luggage.

REVOLTING. MOULD on the ceiling and in the bathroom air vent. The hairdryer doesn't work and the switch is cracked The couch has food and disgusting stuff stuck in between cushions. The door didn't even shut or lock. Hairdryer doesn't work. Wear thongs in the shower. THE freezer leaks out onto the floor so nothing stays cold. It's horrible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS COMPLAINT PENDING WITH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS.
